We are selling our Van/Trailer combo since we are no longer living on the road. Lived about 2 years in this traveling throughout the US. To be transparent this build has major flaws, so I've priced it according to the value of the vehicle & parts/components, not including materials or labor. This is a great candidate for a re-build as all your needed parts and components are included or for someone that is okay with a bit of a janky build. We definitely rushed this due to trying to move into it before our lease was up, so while everything but the shower works, the fit and finish are not great by any means. (I want to be as transparent as possible and would be happy to video chat over the phone to provide a virtual walk through) - Shower (As mentioned in the listing the shower is the only thing that just plain doesn't work, and it's due to the fact it's too far from the drain pump so it doesn't drain properly and because the drain fitting started to leak so we tried to feed a pipe inside of it which is a bit smaller. I have a workaround to drain it and shower in there, but it uses so much water to shower too and is a hassle to set up, so we almost never shower, just use that area for the toilet/laundry.) - Bed (While the bed works fine and saves a good bit of space by folding up, it can be a bit tough to do manually, I did install a winch to fold it, but that takes a bit of time to connect and everything) - Plumbing (The plumbing all works, but it's kind of a mess, not the most efficient way of going about things and it's taking up much more space than it should) - Baskets (We chose to use baskets because the framework that I built for everything else was quite heavy, so they were a light solution, that being said, they swing around a bit on bumpy roads and can be a little annoying to hear) - Layout (Due to the pantry and shower sticking out a bit and the bed not being able to convert into a sitting/dining space, there is not a crazy amount of space in the living area, it can feel a bit tight with 2 people) - Washer/Dryer (The machine is in good condition and works fine, but under high water pressure, it can have issues leaking, and might need some new pipe fittings. We elected to just use it to dry things and didn't mess with it.) - Scuffs/Scratches/Small dents (There are a variety of small scuffs and scratches on the exterior of the van/trailer, some from when I purchased it, and some that occurred while living in it, I've touched some up, but they are not perfect by any means)
