We purchased this as a cargo van last fall and converted it into camper. It has worked great for boon docking out west over the winter. In fact we're hoping to start living full time in a camper but we will need something larger, so we have decided to sell this van. The camper was converted using reclaimed douglas fir for the countertops, sealed with tung oil. Middle flips up for pass through to cab with large drawer underneath. Deep round stainless sink, 16.5" x 8"deep 76 Inches from head to foot of bed. Full size Awara natural hybrid mattress, purchased new last fall. The mattress has always been covered with a waterproof protector. Slats under bed to help with air flow and prevent moisture build up/mold issues. Van walls, ceiling, and wheel wells are insulated with Havelock wool. Sound deadened with Kilmat 2 Battle Born lithium ion batteries, total of 200ah Victron smart shunt (Bluetooth battery status monitor) We’ve been able to boondock 4 days off our battery power without charging them. 500W inverter Sterling battery to battery charger Noco battery charger 15a Dometic CRX-65, 57 liter refrigerator/freezer 6 liter 12 volt water heater hooked up to kitchen sink. Great for washing in cold weather. We usually heat the water while driving to save battery power when we’re parked. Maxxair ceiling vent 4 led ceiling lights on dimmer switch 2 under cabinet LEDs - touch on and off LED lights in the garage area Sealed propane closet with floor vent Grey water tank inside cabinet for the sink 30 gallon fresh water tank 2 burner propane stove Wardrobe under stove Diesel heater - heats van up in just a couple of minutes and allowed us to camp in sub freeing weather. USB charging outlet Nature's Head composting toilet (if you would prefer to purchase your own we could reduce the total price) This was purchased with a salvaged title, originally from Texas. There was no major damage and it took only minor repairs to get the title cleared. There is a dent on the driver's side and some scratches on the front bumper, aside from usual wear and tear. Overall it is in very good shape cosmetically and mechanically. Until we bought it it was a dealer owned delivery van so it was well maintained.
