Electrical - All electrical work is 2 yrs old except for one outlet 2 - Battle Born Lithium batteries charge with the alternator or solar 2 - 100 amp Solar Panels Wanderer- solar charger Edecoa -1000 wt Power Inverter Fuse box with extra space Emergency cut off 2 - 120 outlet boxes Less than 4,000 miles on most electrical system 2 - 12 vt plugs 15 vt plug for campground plus converter plug for 30vt Webasto heater uses gas from van 1 year old Water pump for sink 2 Max air fans - *1 in back above the bed is a year old and has a remote 1.5 years old *2 in front fan stopped working but it still opens and shuts to allow airflow with windows shut, 6-years-old Whyntner Portable Fridge FM 45G Can be refrigerator or freezer, works very well, uses very little power, cools quickly, insulated. There is no navigation system but I had it wired for a Garmin and will include it for a small price. It is less than a year old. Worked well when I didn't have cell service. Amenities - The inside was done in stages by different professionals. Very usable and had more storage than I ever needed. I used bins and zipper bags for containment. Includes a 6-inch twin mattress with an additional mattress topper, but I think it could be made into a double bed with a little effort. 9-gallon water tank for the sink, white water house included for filling the tank Water filter on the faucet if you are unsure of the water you are using Shower Stall - the previous owner installed a black PVC pipe on the roof for water for the shower. I used a bucket and battery-operated shower head, worked well, heated water in the stove. This is included. The shower drains out the bottom with no way to store wastewater. Sink - Drains into PVC pipes that are under the van. Storage of about 7 gallons. It all depends on where you are parked if you store the water or not. Can be drained into a dump station at a campground. Toilet - I had a self-made urine-diverting toilet that worked very well for me. I am willing to include this or explain what I did. Front passenger seat swivels and has a fold-up table to work on. I made simple screens for the front van windows, back windows have built-in screens There is a graylight blocking curtain that goes behind the front seats. Front window has a manufactured sun/cold shade, I made similar covers for all the other windows. Tire levelers are included, I never used them I was always able to find a level spot. To be honest - The navigation system screen is acting weird, I think it might be dying. Windshield wiper fluid pump is broken The floor is functional but could be improved or covered with rugs The water pump is a bit noisy. With a 2000 wt inverter, you could use several electrical appliances that 1000 wt didn’t handle. I used a propane stove for everything and it was fine. I never even came close to using my batteries to their capabilities so using electrical appliances would be easy
