This one-of-a-kind hi-top shortie van has been a stylish and comfortable compact camper with plenty of storage. We are the third owners. The previous owner did the camper conversion and got the van professionally repainted. Upon purchasing the van in Feb 2022, we ran a full mechanical inspection and replaced a couple wear items as well as upgraded the rear shocks to heavy-duty Monroes, which helped improve handling and stability. We overhauled the auxiliary electrical system, added the new 12V compressor fridge. We added the new futon mattress, which we then used on a couple camping trips. We’ve taken the van all the way up and down the CA coast from San Francisco to Malibu and San Diego and back with no issues. The 300Ah battery bank has plenty of juice for charging laptops, phones, running the lights and the fridge. Van currently has 125300 miles, has a clean VC (van camper) title, and a clean CARFAX. Van is in really good cosmetic condition. Van has a couch that can be pulled out to be a twin sized bed. High top allows for plenty of standing room, (I'm 5' 10" and I fit fine). It also has hardwood bamboo floors, a foot pump powered sink, white and grey water tanks, drinking water, removable two burner camp stove, removable compressor fridge, pop up table, porta potty and lots of storage. I also have magnetic black out window coverings that can be placed over the inside of the windows for stealth camping. Comes with a memory foam topper mattress and a set of bed sheets. The van is insulated and has a heavy duty tow hitch installed.
