Plumbing Fixtures The undermount Dawn BS161609 stainless steel kitchen sink is 9” deep by 17” X 17” wide, it is big enough to wash large cooking pans and has a built-in drain strainer to easily catch any food or debris from entering the drain system. The kitchen faucet is the upgraded Kohler swivel style with pull out spray nozzle. This is not the cheap $80 faucet you see in many van conversions; it cost around $300. The garage area comes equipped with a hot and cold Dura exterior spray faucet, It can be adapted to use as an outdoor shower or to clean bikes, wash off pets or clean other equipment. Kitchen The kitchen area has plenty of storage with 12 drawers, ya that’s right “12” that’s the same amount the average house kitchen has. They are beautifully faced with the popular shaker style fronts. There’s also a tip out tray in front of the sink to hold cleaning scrubbers and two pop up a/c outlets with integrated USB ports. Everything you need to fix delicious meals as you go. The Isotherm 130 liter stainless steel fridge is the best you can buy. It’s big, energy efficient, resists icing up and looks amazing. This is the $2,500 model. We also like the convenience of not having propane on board so for cooking there’s the microwave, induction cook top and air fryer. Bathroom The awesome Airhead composting toilet will be included with the van. This is the composting toilet that makes life so much more enjoyable on the road and eliminates the need to ever visit a dump station again. Miscellaneous items Dometic RTX 2000 air conditioning unit with remote, this unit is so efficient you can actually use it day or night. Very comfortable 6” mattress. Queen size 58” X 75” Gimbal fan Swivel seats - The driver and passenger seats swivel around for additional seating and for use with the Lagun table system. Privacy black out window coverings for all 6 windows in the van. Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Heater with Multi-Control HD. The Garage area comes with a hot and cold spray faucet unit that can be retrofitted as an outdoor shower or simply used to quickly clean any toys or other gear you might be hauling. Black walnut table, comes mounted using the Lagun swivel table system. I will happily take a road trip in the van to deliver it anywhere in the United States, Mexico or Canada.
