Functionally the van is built, but it is not finished cosmetically. If purchased this will allow you to decorate, paint and trim as you please. This is an opportunity to make the van feel like yours. The body of the vehicle has a couple of small scratches and dings but no serious damage. New battery recently installed and van will have tune-up and oil change before handing over to new owner. I mostly built this van myself. I am not a handyman so it is not perfect. However, some things, such as plumbing were done by professionals so that is not a concern. Foldable seat and stowable table for dining/work station. Running water via electrical pump. 60 gallon water tank. Water heater for the shower. Raised Shower pan. May not be ideal for people over 6 feet. Water filtration system built into sink. Extendable faucet. Detachable low-flow shower head with on/off switch to conserve water supply. Butcher block counter tops. Sink drains into gray water tank underneath. One cabinet between sink and refrigerator, as well as two cabinets above the bed. Window covers for rear windows. Gives you more privacy when sleeping. Black out curtain included to separate from front windows for added privacy (not currently mounted). Ladder mounted in rear for easy access to solar panels/fan if necessary Two spare tires mounted in rear and underneath the vehicle. Running boards installed on driver and passenger side. Bunk window installed above bed in order to allow for airflow between it and the fan. This airflow is important for hot days. 2 x Battleborn 100 Amp hour batteries. Total of 200Ah. (Third backup battery and external charging device included) 3 solar panels on the roof. As long as you have the sun you have power. Outlets in the walls above bed and counter for charging devices or using kitchen appliances. Overhead storage above cab of the vehicle. Short Queen sized bed sleeps two, but we have slept four in the van in the past. New grill guard and light bar recently installed. No mechanical issues in our history with it. We are only the second owners. We always took care to get it regularly maintained. Working AC/Heat Snow chains included. Vinyl flooring. I used hemp/cork insulation. These materials are non-toxic, and highly rated in terms of fire safety, moisture and insulating. Attempted to use lightweight materials on foundation of vehicle. Pinewood ceiling boards. Maxxair ceiling fan. 4 inch memory foam mattress w/ mattress protector. 5 brand new tires. Brand new cassette toilet (NEVER USED!)
