I am selling my newly finished camper van. The van was bought new in Dec. 2018 to convert and the build process progressed much slower than I had planned. The foldaway seat creates space for up to 4 passengers. Ceiling height is 74"+ with the insulated floor and ceiling. The build quality and design is best appreciated in person! I am willing to deliver... reasonable additional cost will be added if the drive is more than 4 hours. Additional details are below: Living space: Plenty of operable windows with screens allow for lots of ventilation and makes for a great night's sleep. MaxxFan Deluxe can operate on a thermostat and at multiple speeds. Wool insulation throughout helps to dampen out the temperature swings and mitigate condensation. Kitchen: propane 2 burner stove with extendable hose to cook outside the van (because cooking inside gets warm). Undermount sink with hot and cold water. Built in cutting board. Engel fridge and lots of pantry space. 25 gal fresh water tank with electric water pump. Grey water can be drained straight to ground to avoid needing to empty any tanks (or sent to a 25 gal tank to be emptied later). Sleeping: Torsion box with queen-sized 4" memory foam mattress folds down for 2 adults. Six foot by 5 foot carpeted space under the folding bed provides additional space for 2 more. Electrical: 12VDC power for lights, MaxxAir fan, fridge and water pump. 90Ah Victron LiFePO4 battery with 3 means of charging (solar, alternator and shore) allows for infinite boondocking. 285W solar panel. 500W Victron inverter with receptacle. Professionally designed electrical system with appropriate wire size and fuse protection. The battery, solar charger and battery monitoring system are bluetooth compatible which makes it easy to precisely track the state of charge of the battery from your phone if you're so inclined. Cabinetry: Hurricane salvaged wood. All cabinets are custom built from plywood cases with solid walnut fronts and trim. Touch to open drawers and doors. Ceiling is custom milled spalted hickory. Outdoors: Hookups and hoses provided for an outdoor shower and a bike/whatever wash station. Propane hot water heater. Fiamma 10' awning for shade and outdoor dry space.
