Seller's Description

MOVING THIS WEEK (6/15), MAKE AN OFFER. Price has been changed to reflect recent inspection that found issues - mechanic suggested the vehicle would be best for someone who is mechanically minded and can work on it themselves. See bottom of post for further information. This is a beautiful 14-foot box truck camper conversion (24 feet long total) with just about everything you'd need to live out of it full-time! Interior is approx. 7 feet tall. Features: - Indoor shower with hot water - Pass-through access to cab - Hammered copper sink and faucet - Built-in 2-burner stove for cooking - Wood stove that fits standard firewood bundles (16" logs) for heating (dry heat) - 1.5" foam insulation on all sides - Queen size mattress - 100w renogy solar panel - 2 deep cycle marine batteries - Large stand-up Dometic fridge - Approx. 45 gallon water tank - Flood lights on side and rear (outside) - 2 roof vents - Skylight over kitchen - Large exterior/outdoor awning - Tons of storage space under bed I recently put in about $2000 of mechanical work: new tie rod ends, transmission work, and some other things. However, a recent mechanical inspection found other things wrong. Will provide a copy of mechanic's report upon request, but in short: - Loose U-bolts on box component - Hole in oil pan - Exhaust manifolds blown out/exhaust leak Given mechanic's inspection, I'm not entirely sure how to price the vehicle. I'm asking $8,500 but am very open to offers and trades. Send me a message, but serious inquiries only - I am moving a week from today and need to sell ASAP.
