Seller's Description

Custom built and fully sorted for short or long trips untethered to hook ups. Fully self contained with solar, large battery bank, water, composting toilet, and propane. At 36k, the van runs perfect. She’s packing the ecoboost V6 and can run on flex fuel. All maintenance has been performed by the dealer. It has navigation, XM, and SYNC. The tires have been swapped for BF Goodrich KO2’s. Well insulated with 3M thinsulate and EPS foam. There’s a Maxxair fan in the roof and an intake fan in the floor that sucks in cool air from under the van. A propex heater is plumbed into the vented locker propane system. The garage is big enough for 2 mountain bikes and the roof is high enough for someone 6’4” to stand in or sit up in bed. The queen size bed quickly adjusts its angle to compensate for unleveled parking. The sink cabinet slides out from under the bed to allow for the plumbed stove to unfold outside but stows away when more room is desired. The custom magnetic bug net allows easy entry and exit while also allowing the stove to be used while standing outside underneath the Fiama awning. The front passenger seat swivels 360 degrees. Both front seats have storage pockets on their backs. The bottom center drawer has a lid designed for stepping up to the bed. The cabinets, bed, sliding sink, and Isotherm fridge are all framed out with 8020. The front windows have custom insulated covers that suction cup in place. The rear windows have custom insulated covers that magnet in place. The power bank is 675 amp hours of AGM batteries that have never been drained past 50%. Charging is provided by 320w of solar, a Sterling B2B charger via the alternator, or shore power. The electricity is distributed by a Victron MPPT and a Victron Multiplus 2000 inverter charger. The fresh water tank is 20 gallons and the gray water tank is 5 gallons. It’s plumbed via a shur-flo pump with an accumulator. The countertops are walnut butcher block. We call her Moose. We’d never thought we’d sell her but a recent addition to the family has changed that. Please inquire with any questions as I’m sure I’ve forgotten something.
