Garden hose port mounted to exterior of van allows you to connect to city water. Fresh water tank dump valve for emptying/winterizing. Sink faucet is cold-water only, with pressure supplied by 12-V pump or city water. Rear quick-connect water port to easily connect a hose/sprayer for washing off bikes and other gear (hose/sprayer included). Rear-mounted on-demand hot water tank / shower. Popup shower privacy tent included. 10-gallon gray water tank mounted in garage area allows you to be self-contained off-grid. A diversion ball valve allows you to bypass the gray tank and dump directly outside if your wastewater is environmentally friendly (using CampSuds soap), or if you’re at a dump site. Sink drain is P-trapped, and gray tanks are vented to roof. *****Insulation / Framing / Floors***** 1-inch EPS foam board insulation in all walls, ½ inch XPS foam board insulation with sound deadener in floor, fiberglass and spray foam insulation in gaps. Colorado does not require campervans be registered as Class B Motorhome. All component manuals are available.
