Let me start by saying, dont let the mileage scare you. This is the "bullet proof" GM 6.0 v-8 that are used in UPS trucks and run well over 450,000 miles. This particular one has been professionally tuned to 325 hp. and gets 11.5 mpg in town and 14-15 mpg on the highway. This is the commercial engine that is a non DOD or AFM configuration. The transmission is the HD GM 6 speed and has also been tuned. The conversion was done in 2020-21 so everything is fresh. Has full bathroom with shower stall and commode. Stainless steel kitchen. Plenty of wardrobe, pantry and general storage inside and two locking aluminum exterior boxes for bulky items. Has generator platform on back bumper. (gen. not included). New 10 ply radials with less than 2500 miles. Matching spare on back bumper with custom mount. Has over sized holding tanks for long trips or full timers. Very easy to drive and park since the wheel base is virtually the same as a Suburban. The turning radius is tighter than my Silverado. There is so much to say about this unit so its best to call me personally since I did the build. Selling to get a larger unit that will tow over 10,000 lbs. Over 250 hours in this build and I consider it 95% complete. Less than 2500 miles on the new 10 ply radials. Matching spare mounted on back rack. There is plenty of room for someone to personalize this van but its ready to go and the mileage will go up because I will find excuses to keep using it.
