Original 1989 Ford TransVan from Champion home builders. The exterior is fully made of fiberglass. It is wider than most vans by 10 inches, has a 6-foot clearance inside, and is 20 and a half feet long. It has the comfort of a mobile home that drives like a van and fits in regular parking spots. Very low miles on a strong and reliable Ford 460 V8 engine. E350 chassis and automatic transmission. It is currently inspected through June of 2022. It is in great shape for its age. New alternator was installed in November of 2021. Exterior has been cleaned to good condition Features: Everything currently functions Solid oak cabinets Working AC and heat 16,000 BTU furnace Thermostat Rear floor is laminate, front is carpet and nylon Fridge is 110 volt/propane sewage hose system Dining area for 2 with retractable table Fold out futon Onan 2800 generator with tune up kit 10-gallon water tank Sink and Toilet Two stove tops that run off of propane TV Deep cycle battery with 1000W emergency inverter Lots of storage 6-inch backup camera Fridge runs on battery or propane
