Seller's Description

2009 LDV Step Van with Workhorse engine. I bought this van last year and built out more of the space. Added in a complete bathroom with compostable toilet. 5' of kitchen counter with installed pump sink (fresh and gray water tanks). 10' of overhead cabinets for storage. Dinette and 2 seats at the side of the bed, along with fridge. Kitchen also has a fully working propane oven/stove. The bed frame can fit a Queen mattress but there is a full on there now. Under bed storage is huge for storing bikes and all your gear. 25 gal of water as well as 200ah of battery to go with the 310 Watt solar panel on the roof. I recently installed a second 100 Watt solar panel with a Jackery battery which gives you extra energy. There is an outdoor shower if you open up the back door. This can easily be re-piped to the bathroom to complete an indoor shower. Clean title. This engine always starts up and keeps on truckin!! Only selling because I am trying to buy a house.
