This buildout is the first van conversion that my husband and I did together and it is full of heart. We purchased this van from an individual seller; gutted and built it out from scratch. It is equipped with lots of storage space, a propane shower unit, solar, a toilet and working sink. Selling because we don’t use it enough/we are moving to an apartment where the only parking is in downtown garages. The only issues with the van are the brakes (they have been looked at and could be replaced) and improvements could be made to the propane system for easier access/better function, but it definitely works safely and well!
