Seller's Description
Small privately-converted camper van. This is a very unique layout for a minivan conversion. When you’re in the back, it doesn’t feel like you’re in a vehicle at all. The whole interior is walled off. It has actual ceiling paneling. Blackout curtains. Most minivan conversions are usually just a mattress thrown in the back with some Reflectix taped to the windows. This is an entire build. Every inch has been utilized to make the most of the space. That said, it’s still a minivan and may not be the best fit for a larger individual! INTERIOR DIMENSIONS: Floor: 7’x16” Bench: 7’x14” (the wide part on the front side is actually an extra 2 feet wide, and it makes all the difference) 2 feet wide and 2 feet long. ELECTRONICS: - 100Ah Lithium Battery - (2) 100w solar panels -20A solar charge controller - 30A DC/DC charger (charges battery using the alternator while driving) - 20A Shore power/charger - Battery Monitor - 100A fuse block for appliances APPLIANCES: - Ceiling fan/vent with rain shield, can push air in or out. With wireless remote control - Refrigerator/Freezer (temp can be set for one or the other, only one compartment but it goes well below freezing) - (4) LED ceiling puck lights with a dimmer switch - (2) 12V ports. There are plenty more circuits available on the fuse block to add more appliances. Maybe a 12V TV or a camera system to see outside the van while inside! There’s also extra room in the electronics cabinet to fit another battery to double your Ah if you decide you need it. But with the multiple ways of charging installed, I’ve never needed more than the single 100Ah battery. WATER - 4.5 Gallon plastic clean water tank - 4.5 Gallon plastic gray water tank - Manual hand pump SAFETY: Fuses, switches, monitors, low voltage battery alarm etc. (2) smoke detectors (one mounted inside the electronics cabinet) carbon monoxide detector- Mounted fire extinguisher IMPORTANT: Side curtain airbags have been removed on both sides. Leaving these installed in this build would be very dangerous in the event of an accident. Walls would break and potentially injure someone in the vehicle. ABOUT THE VAN: Most importantly…Air conditioning ACTUALLY WORKS. Gets very cold. The heater works too. Has pretty low miles for a 2006, especially a Toyota. Maintained very well. No leaks. Tires still have at least half of their tread left. Front wheel drive Fuel economy 19/26. All of the standard features, 12V outlets, Aux input, cruise control, AM/FM radio. Etc. Spare tire, jack, iron. EXTRA FEATURES: - Backup camera installed - Dash cam that records front and rear
