Seller's Description

Custom camper van built for traveling the Oregon coast; we've sinced moved to Michigan and have a small farm and don't expect to be able to use her as much. We've loved our time in this van, but it's time to consider letting her go to a new owner that will get here out in the world more than we can. - Nissan NV 2500 HD SV Cargo Base - side and rear windows, white, AC, AM/FM radio with CD player, rear wheel drive, V8 engine, remote lock/unlock/alarm - All oil/brake/tire/recall maintenance taken care of on time, with most mechanical (including recall) work done at Nissan dealerships; one issue with rear axle in the past was fully replaced/repaired in 2021 - no other issues - Carfax was clean when we bought her (1 previous owner - we think used in a commercial fleet) - No accidents or emergency breakdowns since we've had her - this includes up and down mountains and towing a mid-size SUV across the country - Several small exterior dents that were painted over by the dealership we bought the van from; however, no rust or other major cosmetic issues Customizations: - Havelock wool batting insulation - Bedrug brand fitted floor (cushioning and insulating - easy to clean) - 3/4" plywood bed frame attached to vehicle structure via riv nuts; "overengineered" 2"x4" supports that have never sagged or warped under any weight; easily fits short queen parallel to vehicle, slight compression/shortening of the bed if placing perpendicular - 3 x roof top cross bars with 100 W solar panel (only two installed, but third bar and installation hardware are available) - 3 x 100 Ah Battle Born Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, seated over the driver's side rear tire under the bed - Victron 12/3000/120 MultiPlus Charger Inverter with external 20/30A shore power connection on rear driver's side wall panel - 1 x 120v electrical box (4 outlets, 1 USB-A, 1 USB-C connection total) - Note: this will run an induction cooktop just fine while connected to shore power; 300 Ah of battery have been insufficient to use an induction cooktop while boondocking/off grid - 1 x MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus with white cover (manual open version, no rain cover) installed towards middle of cabin for intake/exhaust - 1 x Dometic CRX 140S refrigerator with freezer compartment (can be wired to 12/24v, 110v, or propane; currently only wired to 12v system; door handle was plastic and broke, but easy to open with a bottle opener, key, etc) - 1 x Ikea stainless steel kitchen counter/sink with 2 x water reservoirs (6 gal fresh, 6 gal gray) and small button operated, rechargeable faucet/dispensor (note: faucet not installed securely and the water reservoirs are secured to the frame of the sink/countertop; we've had no problems with this setup, but it is admittedly a little junky looking) - Two seperately switched LED reading lamps (good if two people are sleeping sideways) with two USB-A outlets and a 12-v cigarette style outlet mounted on the wall - One row of "house" LED lights with dimmer switches (that I could never figure out how to work properly... but they're yours! Currently, the lights are either off or dim - they work fine for us, but you may want to fix it up; switches are not in housing since I was always hoping to tinker with them) - White PVC boards for ceiling (with Havelock wool underneath) - Faux wood paneling for walls (never finished) - Two Ikea two-door cabinets, one above galley for dishes/etc, one above bed for clothes/etc - Space underneath the bed for two large rubbermaid bins + extra (could easily hold a mountain bike or two, but I'd recommend a hitch rack for your bikes) - Blackout curtains velcro mounted to the side sliding door, hung from a pop-in style curtain rod behind the driver/passenger seats, and hung from strung wire for the rear door windows (they work very well in combination - easy to sleep until noon if it doesn't get hot out). Projects for you to plan on: - No insulation/trim on the side sliding door or rear doors; original trim on the sliding door was gone when we bought her. We never needed that much insulation in Oregon, but this will be necessary if you're trying to 4 seasons camp in colder weather - No heating system for boondocking currently installed for the cabin (main vehicle engine heater works great for a quick boost and if you're connected to shore power, a small electric 110v space heater keeps you nice and toasty warm - also useful for drying things out if you come in soaking wet) - Piece of trim covering the bottom of the rear door seal cracked when removing and we haven't replaced it - Currently, we have a battery isolator with 00 gauge wire connected to the vehicle battery/alternator that issupposed to provide ongoing charge to the LiFePO4 setup - we've never gotten this working, but the wiring is run and yours to trouble shoot. NOT included in the sale for sanitary reasons: - Small folding ottoman with 2.5gal cartridge-style portable toilet - Short queen foam bed - 5 gal solar shower Options if you're interested: - We keep the batteries (~$3k), charger/inverter (~$2k), solar panel (~$100), and refrigerator (~$2k) and knock off $6k from list price; this leaves the wiring, fans, and lights installed for your own setup Thank you for looking! **More photos coming soon**
