Seller's Description

This is a custom built campervan, complete with everything you need for a solar-powered off-grid adventure! It is equipped with a stylish interior, large memory foam bed, solar power, kitchen, fridge/freezer, roof fan, heater, toilet, and tons of gear storage. This van is large enough to be plenty comfortable, but still easy to drive while also getting you 18-20mpg. The van build was completed in 2018 by my girlfriend and I. We lived out of it for a year. I am very happy with how the build turned out and wouldn't change a thing. We've taken it all over the U.S. on rock climbing trips. I'm in love with this van but it gets used less and less now that we own a home. I currently have the van listed on Outdoorsy for renting. I have been renting it for about 2 years now. It has only been rented 5 times so far. Every renter I've had loves the van. I've been holding on to it hoping that more rentals come in, but Columbus OH is a tough market for RV rentals. The van is equipped with: Solar Power - 4x100W panels (renogy), 150ah of usable battery storage (300ah of renogy GEL batteries), 2000W pure sine AC inverter (Renogy); battery charges from solar (Renogy 40A mppt), or from the alternator while driving (using renogy 40A DC-DC charger). Shore power is available too (via home outlet or 30A campground plug) Fridge/Freezer - Dometic 65 quart dual zone fridge & freezer Kitchen Sink w/ electric pump (Seaflo) - 10 gal water supply, 14 gal grey water tank Stove - Camp Chef Everest 2 burner; uses 1lb propane bottles Huge countertops for meal prep (real butcher block) Roof Fan - Remote controlled MaxxAir Fan Deluxe; works in the rain! Screened RV windows for extra air flow w/ blackout blinds Heater - Espar D2 - 5000 BTU - runs on main diesel tank Toilet - Dometic 5 gallon toilet - it pulls out from the cabinet. Closet door can open and act as privacy screen. Bed - Super plush custom ordered memory foam. Sleeps 2 (nearly king width). Transforms between 2 couches and 1 bed. Tons of overhead & under-bed storage! Can easily store climbing crash pads inside, and even 2 bikes in the back Closet for hanging dress clothes Long roof box for extra gear (perfect for skis/snowboards) 6ft interior height - no crouching for most people! All Terrain Yokohama Geolandar tires (snow rated) - good condition, installed in 2018 @117k miles Van maintenance: Purchased in 2017 from a moving and storage company near DC at ~117k miles. It was fleet maintained by their in house service shop. Currently has ~141000 miles. I have meticulously maintained the van. I love these sprinters and I follow Florida Van Man and Million Mile Sprinter. It is up to date on all service items. I have updated all common failure points on the engine. All engine parts used are OEM unless an aftermarket part was known to be better. Here is a list of parts changed within the last 2 years (>$5k in parts): Tank Fuel Pump Gasket HVAC control module repair Fuse Box A (Fuse Block) All turbo hoses Aluminum Turbo Resonator Fuel lines at HPFP All coolant hoses Radiator cap Oil cooler Fuel return lines between rail and HPFP Aux Water Pump Crank and cam sensor Brakes (pads/rotors) all around and wear sensors Front Shocks (front strut bushings too) Alignment shims Alignment Front Wheel Bearings Windshield Wiper Arm Left Alternator (150a) Battery Ground Strap Glow plug module Fuel rail due to Fuel pressure regulator/solenoid Fuel injector hose Heater flow control valve Full coolant system service (thermostat, water pump, belt/pulleys/tensioner) Transmission service (fluid, filter, gasket, connector) Glow plug module (updated to new version) All common filters (air, oil, fuel) Almost every part listed in the million mile sprinter bulletproof kit has been replaced. Spare parts to be included: extra glow plugs, injector hold down bolts and injector seals, RR shocks. All of these parts on the van are currently fine. Flaws: Imperfect paint. Small rust spots around exterior (no undercarriage rust). Rock chips. Can still faintly see outline of moving company on side (goes away after polishing and lasts a couple years). Some separations in vinyl plank floor. Clean title.
