Seller's Description

Summary: Four-season adventure camper van ready for a new adventure! I built this camper van aspiring to use it for various outdoor activities in remote areas + high altitude, yet stealthy enough to camp out in towns. 3.5-inch lift allowed us to access Moab in the summer for MTB and rock climbing and the Rokie’s winter for backcountry skiing safely. Thick sheep wool insulation keeps the inside cool in summer and warm in winter. A high-output propane heater kept us warm even with outside temp of -20F at 10,000-ft for many nights. This van has a cozy interior with high-quality materials and appliances. 400-watt solar panels and alternator charging maintain the inhouse batteries charged in remote areas. There is plenty of storage space in the cargo area to house 29er bike, Skis, snowboards and more! I really like this camper van, but I decided to sell it to start a new project - building another camper van :) I hope this van will open the way for many adventures for you!! Vehicle: • 2019 Ram Promaster 2500, 159 wheelbase, high roof, bright silver metallic, 36,500 miles, ~17.5 mpg • Options: Cruise control, navigation, backup camera, power folding/ heated mirrors, 220-amp heavy duty alternator, interior convenience group (cargo net, overhead storage, underseat storage, locking glove box) • I am the original owner. No accidents. Maintenance was done regularly. Carfax report is available. Exterior: • OHV 3” lift kit • Tires have been upsized to 245/75/16 giving about ½” of additional clearance. Almost new Sumitomo Encounter AT tires (less than 2,500 miles). These tires have given us better gas millage than BFG KO2, with performance at par. • Ladder on the rear door to access the roof • Class III hitch receiver Interior: • Two-burner propane cooktop with cast iron grate (Dometic D21-SEC) • Front-load fridge/freezer 3.7 cu ft (Dometic CRX-1110S) • 15 x 17 x 9 inch sink (16 gauge stainless steel) • Sprayer spring kitchen sink faucet (* this faucet is controlled by a foot pedal. Water is pressurized with an electric pump, so not a foot pump. This saves so much water when doing dishes), soap dispenser • Black walnut butcher block kitchen counter (2-person can sit and eat side-by-side) • Bench (3” Lux HQ foam from Foam Factory) • Swivel seat for passenger. I have swivel for driver side available. Not installed. • Full-size bed (3” HQ foam + 3” 5LB ViscoMAX memory foam from Foam Factory), 2 reading lights (w/ USB charging port) • LED lights (separated into 3 different zones. Each are controlled by dimmers) • LCD monitor for the starter battery, the inhouse battery, fresh water, and gray water tank levels. • Total 8x USB charging ports, 2x cigarette lighter sockets (12 V), and 2x 110V AC outlets, conveniently located. • Nature's Head Self Contained Composting Toilet • Plenty storage space (5 overhead cabinets, under bench, drawers under counter) Temp Control(?): • Havelock Wool insulation wall and ceiling. Additional 1” Rmax foam board for the ceiling. ½” Rmax foam board for the floor. • MaxxFan Delux with Remote • Propex HS2800 (“Pumping out sweltering 9500 BTU, the HS2800 is like a hot-rodded HS2000” according to their website :) with the upgraded digital thermostat. Electrical: • 4x 100 watts Renogy solar panels • 40A Rover MPPT charge controller • WirthCo battery isolator • 2x 155 ah VMAX AGM batteries • Xantrex 1000W pure sinewave inverter • Simarine PICOone battery monitor Water: • 21-gallon fresh water tank and 7-gallon graywater tank (both tank levels are displayed on LCD monitor the kitchen) • Sureflo pump and accumulator • 3-stage water filter system (Aquasana AQ-5300+, comes with an additional new set of filters) • Tankless water heater for outside showers Propane: • Sealed 20lb propane locker • Copper tubing with pressure gauge
