Get out and explore this summer with this low mileage, reliable campervan! The van is in great condition - there have never been mechanical or electrical issues over the approximate two years I’ve owned it. On the roof are two identical 200W solar panels that charge the high capacity electrical system. A Maxxair deluxe 7500 air vent will keep you cool in the summer. The vent fan comes with a remote control to adjust the 10 speed reversible direction fan to easily control airflow. A total of 300Ah (1x200Ah and 1x100Ah) 12V batteries power both the AC and DC circuits in the van. Solar power is run through a Victron MPPT solar charge controller to protect from surges. The batteries also charge off of the van while it is in motion so you are not reliant on sunny days. All wiring connections are run through breakers to protect from surges and provide extra safety. AC power runs to the ventilation fan, dimmable LED lights, and the refrigerator. A converter is installed to provide DC power to the 6 plug outlet strip mounted to the edge of the countertop for all of your phone / laptop / camera charging needs. I have taken this van on several week long trip charging two laptops, two phones and two DLSR cameras, along with powering the fridge, lights and fan non-stop. The battery level has never drained below 90%. As soon as the sun comes out in the morning, or the van is in motion it quickly jumps back up to 100% charge. The efficient, high capacity fridge will keep your groceries stocked for at least a week, along with all of the cabinets, drawers and storage space that are built in. The cabinets and drawers are equipped with locking mechanisms to prevent them from opening while in motion. An electric water pump draws water from easily refilled jerry cans under the sink. Simply empty the gray water can and refill the fresh water can, then insert the hoses as needed. A custom cut 63"W x 67"L x 12"D memory foam mattress provides a ton of bed space - two adults can sleep in this bed along with a pet without hanging off or being cramped up. The van is insulated throughout, and will stay comfortable in freezing temperatures with the period use of a small buddy heater before bed, and in the morning. The highly insulated, hand-made, magnetic window covers provide privacy or easy removal when you need it. A sliding black out curtain provides privacy from the front while cooking, sleeping or changing. Reflective sun shades may also be used if dwelling under the sun, or if you want additional privacy. The van also comes with an extendable ladder to access the roof. I am the second owner of this van, I purchased it at approximately 22,000 miles in mid 2020. The van is a 250 model with the 148" wheelbase so it is built to handle the weight of the conversion. I have the clean title in hand and am willing to work through bank or credit union financing.
