Seller's Description

This box truck is a great custom setup. Small enough that it fits in a regular parking spot, but it's 8 feet wide, so you have considerably more room inside than a regular sprinter. It's also a dually (four wheels in the back), so while not 4WD, it handles extremely well in the snow and generally slick roads. It's quite high clearance as well, much more so than a van. It's spacious, practical, built to last, and very stealthy, Breakdown: Engine/ Cab: Runs like a top - fuel pump replaced at 110,000 miles - timing belt replaced at 100,000 - new battery in 2021 - oil changes every 5k, along with all other routine maintenance - no leaks - 12 mpg average - Heater/AC/Radio all work perfect - manual windows and doors Body: - box built by the Supreme Corporation (built to last!) - cosmetically it's all good, not shiny and new, but good. - no water leaks anywhere, the roof and all seems are in great shape - bought on the East Coast, so the underside has some rust, but not much. - all new tires in 2020, should last a lot longer. The back tires are Goodyear Wrangler AT tires, so great traction - roof is made out of fiberglass The Build: - Box measures 12' X 8' - large custom metal french doors (inside and out) on the back, lock from the inside as well as outside - crawl through to the cab - mothers attic adds tons of storage over the cab of the van, as well as tons of storage under the bed and bench - outside boxes on back hold propane tank, as well as gear and tools - on demand hot water heater for both the sink and shower - vent fan on back door is bi directional - one 100 W Renogy Solar Panel, Two 150 AH Renogy batteries. Solar panel can be put out when parked, and the batteries charge while driving as well. We have an inverter, but never installed it because we didn't need that much power. - Dometic 12 volt 36 can refrigerator/freezer - 42 gallon fresh water tank - all LED lighting wired throughout, additionally, magnetic rechargeable LED lights for the shower/ under bed storage/ reading light - full size copper sink and large countertop - two burner Coleman stove - tons of shelf space for food/ knick knacks/ useful items - comes with 20lb propane bomb - metal interior wall space for hanging things with magnets (knives, photos, etc.) - 3 windows with screens in the living space, all tinted and with blackout curtains. Paper: - clean title -AK registered currently - we have receipts and manuals for ALL the appliances for warranty purposes - we have all maintenance records for our time owning it Notes: - while there is a table, it is a small circular folding table. It stores perfectly behind the solar panel. You could easily add a permanent table, but we preferred to have the floor space when not eating - there is a hitch, but it comes with a caveat. We had it welded on, and only ever used it for a bike rack, It is therefore not technically "rated". It is incredibly well welded on, and we trust it to hold 5 bikes and a 150LB rack, but if you want to tow a trailer I would take it to a shop and either have them test rate the weight load or have them put on a hitch that is rated for it. - I mentioned this above, but I will say it again. We will sell the van with the Renogy inverter we bought, but it is not connected. We just never needed it. Lastly: This box truck was a labor of love to build. It is artsy and colorful on the inside, but stealthy from the outside. There is ample space for two people and lots of gear and clothing and cookware and all the other things you might want. It is unique, and all in good ways we think. It may take a few days to get used to the few specific aspects of how the house works, but when you do it is truly fantastic. It is not a Winnebago or some name brand company build, and therefore it has its quirks, but it is also not $100K. It is ready to roll now, and runs like a champ, on the highway or on steep mountain roads. We call it "The Cutaway" because it is is always ready to cutaway from society and the world.
