Seller's Description
Hey there! The time has come to sell my camper van. This thing has seen the entire west coast over the past 10 months and has helped to create some of the best memories of my life. I will do my best to create a very thorough description but will be happy to meet with anybody who is interested in seeing it. Van: I bought this van on April 17th, 2021. So I am coming up on the 1 year anniversary. I am the second owner of it. The previous owner was a business down in Utah that used it as a cargo van. So all of the van "build out" is my work and I know exactly how everything works and was done. I can tell you down to the level of insulation used, quirks that it has, projects that need a little work, etc. I will be happy to walk you through everything. Maintenance has been extremely meticulous. Oil every 5k miles, new all season tires. Structure: It is quite a simple design, but it has really allowed a lot of comfort. The back is closed off from the front, aside from a small window. It maximized the amount of storage that can be had. Tons of drawers, shelves. 2 people lived in this van for 10 months with tons of gear and it never felt cramped. I'll do my best to upload good pictures to show this. Solar: First off, the entire solar system is Renogy brand. A very well known and quality company that most folks use. There are 2x125w solar panels on top of the van. It has a 60amp DC:DC charger installed. 3x100ah lithium batteries. 1000w power inverter. All of it runs super smooth and once again, no issues. My father is an electrician and was super helpful with getting it setup in a correct way. Woodstove: Cubic Mini wood stove. These are made in Canada and I had it shipped down. It has worked incredible. It provides a "dry heat" which is perfect for skiing or ice climbing because it will help remove moisture from the air. I've never had any issues with moisture or keeping things dry. It is quite the unique touch and will definitely make the fellow "van lifers" quite jealous. Propane Heater: Propex HS2000. Once again it provides a "dry heat". It is a simple stupid design. It runs on a thermostat and is super easy to change whatever temperature you want it to be inside. This winter I was in Alberta, Canada and had skied all day in negative 20 degree weather but came into a balmy 65 degree vehicle. Quite nice. It is super efficient too. I have 2 refillable propane tanks in the van that will come with it. Water System: Super simple. I went ahead and installed an electric water pump instead of going with the foot pump that people use. It uses hardly any power and has not had a single problem since installing it. The whole sink/water pump system is super sweet. Definitely a luxury worth having. I am going to give the van a real good wash tomorrow and will post up pictures afterward. Please do not hesitate to reach out! Text works best, but I'm okay with calls as well.
