Willing to sell the house without the fridge or battery for 2.8k Truck: - Bought certified used, 100,000 mile/7 year power train warranty transferable. - 22,500 miles on truck. Always serviced on time at well respected Toyota dealerships. - Firestone airbags installed on truck. - House clearance lights hooked up to truck for road legality. - Gets around 13 mpg with house. Driven through rain storms and high winds with no issues. - 38 gallon gas tank - Last generation of the v8 Tundra with a transmission cooler Camper construction: - Peak standing height is 6'3" with a 3/12 roof pitch. - A fully custom camper built by an engineer and mechanic (me). It weighs in at around 1,380 lbs dry. - Built with high grade 2x2 SPF wood, 3.5" XPS and polyiso foam board insulation in the ceiling, 2" of the same types of foam on the walls and 1.5" rockwool on the floor. - 3 layers of waterproofing and vapor open design - motto was not "if water gets in" but "when water gets in" which means there are efficient drainage systems for a mold and rot free house. Lapped aluminum siding, heavy duty lapped tar paper, fully taped polyiso foam, then the frame with precision fit XPS between frame members. Roof is the same construction but with a Galvalume steel roof instead of aluminum. Features: - 400 watts monocrystaline solar with a 1500 Wh battery and 1000W inverter. - Engel MT35F-U1-P fridge. Ultimate efficiency and reliability. - 95+ CRI LED lighting with dimmers (warm lighting for nighttime, sunlight balanced lighting for the day), porch light and fan (variable speed and either push or pull). - Propex HS2000 heater with digital thermostat. - 20lbs propane tank located outside the house (vented), but only accessible from inside the house. - 2 Burner stove fitting 12" skillets, 20,000 BTU per burner. Can be taken outside. - Arctic Tern dual pane acrylic windows with screen and blackout shades. - Sink with Whale Gusher foot pump. Works really well: quiet, reliable, simple, hands free, and pumps water rapidly (or very gently). - Insulated basement for 20 gallons (expandable) water storage (to keep the center of gravity low) and pantry accessible from the inside. - Uninsulated garage for camping gear, chairs, surfboard, skis, etc. parallel to basement (accessible from the outside, locked from the inside). When pulled out this functions as a 6 foot long outdoor table. - Queen sized bed that's super quick and easy to deploy - takes 1 minute. no need to make the bed every night. - Storage for 2 bikes inside and a surfboard/longboard/paddleboard. - Memory foam couch cushions drop to the floor to sleep a 3rd person. - Large swivel table (lagoon table style). - Canvas wall covering for warm and cozy, yet breathable walls. Notes: - Arctic Tern window in the door is just the dual acrylic pane. One side of the panel was cracked in shipping and I was sent a new one, so I decided to install the cracked one in the door with the crack on the inside to maintain full waterproofness. - A set (2 tracks) of traction boards will be included.
