Sold - 2017 Promaster. Under 20K miles. Simple camping conversion

2017 Ram Promaster 1500 136" Wheelbase high roof. I bought this van new in 2017 and did a pretty basic conversion to make it just what I need for road trips and base camping for hiking and biking adventures. I wanted to keep the design simple with no kitchen and limited permanent structures so that the master bed could easily be removed and the van could be used for hauling gear and large furniture when not in use as a camping van. I got caught up with work and haven't found the time to use the van like I had expected. I wanted to go on extended road trips but could never take enough time off to get away. The short trips I did take didn't require much, and I didn't have any inspiration about the final details for the decor, so I never fully completed the conversion. It is somewhat raw right now, waiting for final touches like floor and wall treatments and bench cushions as well as a ceiling (and a kitchen island if desired.) It is ready for use as for camping now, everything works and is in great condition. I've only opened the awning 4-5 times. The heater has seen limited use outside of the monthly preventative maintenance cycle. The van still has under 20,000 miles on it. It gets used for mostly short weekend trips within 100 miles of home. The farthest trip has been to Wyoming. The heater (including fuel supply) and all of the electrical work and Marine battery installation were done by professional RV repair companies. Receipts of work will be included. The CR Laurence window, the Fiamma awning and the MaxxAir roof fan were also installed by these professionals. The custom routed interior birch walls, bench/bed, and master bed built by professional residential carpenter. The van came with rear door windows and tow package installed at the factory. It includes the following conversion upgrades: - CR Laurence T-vent window in sliding door - Fiamma F80 awning. - Webasto Air Top 2000 heater with Smart Temp Control. Connected to fuel line and operates using gasoline from the van's fuel tank. - Maxxfan Deluxe 2 way, 10 speed roof vent fan - Independent Electrical system set up to power lights, fan, heater blower, and a 120v AC power plug, a 12v DC power plug, and 2 USB power plugs. - Electrical system is all professionally wired with voltage regulator and meter. Includes solenoid to charge AGM Marine battery while driving. - 2 interior LED ceiling lights, wired for additional lighting and electrical needs. 2 rear exterior gear lights, awning lighting. - 2 Swivel seats and lowered seat platforms for front seats. - raised floor behind front seats with hidden storage - 2" foam insulation in walls and floor. Custom shaped and routed Birch wood wall panels. 3/4" plywood floor with waterproof coating. - Master bed is 40" wide x 72" long with a 6" Memory Foam mattress. Bed is easily removable as needed. Enough height under the bed for bikes or other tall gear. - Bench seat in rear folds out into 72" long x 30" wide bed. Hidden storage under bench also houses the electrical system and the heater. - Hideaway entry step for sliding door. - Noico 80mil sound deadening mats installed on floors and walls before mounting 2" rigid foam insulation in walls, 1" in floor. Sprayfoam used in gaps - 3 piece custom window insulation kit from A-Z Covers LLC. Provides privacy and a great light/heat barrier.
