Dodge / Mercedes Sprinters can reach 400k miles with the right maintenance. Always maintained at Mercedes Benz certified shops, at the recommended interval of 15k-20k miles. Have kept records of the maintenance done. The dent on the back right door was there when we purchased it from a dealership in LA, it doesn't affect performance. Van turbo occasionally goes out on very steep uphills (won't accelerate without you shifting gears), resets when van is turned off/on again. We've had the issue professionally diagnosed/ treated ~3 times but it's persistent so we live with it (not a big deal). Newer parts as part of regular maintenance/ diagonstics include: pressure sensor, glow plugs, glow plug control module, turbo o-ring, blower motor.
