Sold - 2002 Chevy Express Van Tall Raised Roof Empty Interior

Highly motivated to sell this! We can’t afford several of our bills so we’re stopping this project sadly. I’ll be taking the best offer I get before April. Running, clean title, partially converted camper van. Roof is raised to 6' 4" with custom fiberglass shell that's open in the back for a feature like showers, storage, lights, etc. Issues: A medium dent on the side and some typical cosmetic issues, fitment holes from the roof (easy to patch with a $30 kit from Amazon, we may have fixed it by the time you read this), and one loose engine mount I was told by a mechanic is typical and not harmful as there are several other braces. Pros: Smart CNG! This means that it has a normal gas tank but also adds two CNG tanks under the van for extra range and some low-cost fueling. The van's computer will use up the CNG before using normal gas, and the CNG can be ignored all together but will get you down to $2.50 per-gallon-equivalent in the city. The van’s OEM heat and cold AC system in the back are preserved! No need for a $1,200 heating or cooling system, and the vents spread the length of the van which would be amazing to integrate. Besides the holes, the raised roof is tested and waterproof on all seams, and completely structurally sound after shoving on it and driving on the freeway 80+ mph. There's a new battery and the van starts and drives without a hitch. For what it’s worth, I recently had a mechanic give me his personal assurance that it’s in good shape from Claire and Dees Auto after doing a full inspection and tune-up. The interior is stripped down to the metal, and already has windows since it was a passenger van, perfect for a panoramic view on your build! Feel free to watch the video.
