Hey! Thanks for checking out my latest build! This is a 2018 Ram Promaster 2500 158 wheelbase with ONLY 3800 miles! The van is in excellent mechanical condition. It has a squeaky clean Carfax: 1 owner & no accidents. This is a brand new conversion that has not been used. So, what is all included you ask? -400watts of Solar -200ah Lithium Ion Battery -1000watt Renogy Invertor -QUEEN Size 6in Memory foam mattress (accommodates someone 6'5) -HEATED Running water to a sink and shower -Internal Heated Shower (collapses down for counter space) -External Heated Shower as well -55L Dometic Fridge with a built in Ice Maker -2 Burner Propane Stove -FULL SIZE Farm house sink -Kitchen backsplash -8 Overhead LED lights -2 Under-cabinet LED light -Kitchen 12V and 110v Outlets -2 USB outlets above bed -Roof Van -Coat/hat hooks -Diesel Heater with auxiliary tank -Overheard Kitchen Storage, bench storage, overhead cab storage...lots of storage -Eating/Working area for 2 (collapses down into a bench) -Garage space for mountain bikes, skis, climbing gear, etc~! -Passenger Swivel Seat -Propane water heater -Luxury Vinyl flooring -270 degree rear doors -2x30 gallon water tanks. 1 for grey water (underneath the van) and 1 for clean water (in the garage). -2 rear door windows and 1 window on the sliding passenger door. -and of course... a beer bottle opener Now that's the basics of what's included but for a deeper breakdown of everything read below, or message me! KITCHEN The kitchen is composed of a 7 foot butcher block counter top. I was able to fit a full size farm house sink, 2 burner propane stove, and a outlet for kitchen appliances. Conveniently located above the sink is a storage area for dry food. There is a magnetic spice rack and coffee cup hooks underneath as well. It has 2 LED lights underneath to illuminate your cooking area. Behind the sink is a beautiful white/gold backsplash. Below the sink is the 55L Dometic Fridge that has a built in ice maker. To the right of that is 3 pull-out cabinets for utensils, food, etc. Located slightly to the left you have additional countertop space... which converts into the shower! SHOWER The shower is hidden underneath the countertop. The countertop folds up and hooks onto the wall, to reveal a waterproof shower area with a drain. A shower curtain can be connected to the ceiling for privacy. The shower head is inside the shower and has running hot water! SEATING AREA Across from the kitchen is a seating area for two. There is plenty of room to use a laptop or for two people to eat together. The table can drop down to create a lounging/sleeping area as well. The diesel heater is located below the seat. Both seats flip up and can be used for storage. The passenger swivel seat allows someone to kick there feet up onto the seats as well! BED I was able to fit a QUEEN size mattress inside the rear of the van. I cutout inserts into the walls to get the maximum laying area which can accommodate someone 6'5. The mattress is a 6in memory foam. There are two shelves located above the bed which can store books, phones, etc. There is a USB located next to the shelves which is indented to charge your phones at night! Above the bed is a MaxxAir Fan that is great for venting and cooling you down at night if needed! GARAGE The garage area stores a 30 gallon fresh water tank for the sink and shower, all of the electrical equipment, the propane water heater, and the diesel tank for the heater. There is still plenty of storage space for skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, climbing equipment, camping gear, etc! That's all folks!
