I use the backup camera all the time but the sensor isn’t necessary. “Right blinker light is out” - This isn’t true - likely faulty sensor. Right side door has difficulty opening (shower side, so no need to open unless for maintenance), but can be opened from the inside. Hot water pipes run, but tankless water heater must be installed. The location is indicated in the van with painters tape. Pricing and Payment Asking $69K. Willing to negotiate. I need to sell ASAP.
