Hey yall. Let me introduce you to Cocoa. I bought her in June 2020 and spent the pandemic living out of her and building her from the ground up. She is a fully functional luxury apartment/mobile office now. I spent 18 months enjoying van life but I am ready to sell and start a new project. This van has everything you need to live comfortably. Everything runs off of the solar battery bank with the exception of the shower which uses a 1lb propane tank. Unlike other vans, the pictures you see here are while I'm actually living in it. I designed it with a bunch of storage. The appliances on the red table ( Induction cooker, blender, keurig coffee) are all bolted down so you don't have to worry about them moving. When cooking and you need more space, there is another counter hidden under the bed that slides out so you can comfortably cook a feast. I am a Nurse Practitioner and used this to virtually see my patients while I traveled the states. The blue desk is stained and polysealed so you can use it to eat, or as an office with your laptop. Its really nice to pull up to q lake or mountain view and open the door while you do some work on your computer. If you need to access the front of the cab, the desk folds up and you can slide thru.
