Offering the basic comforts including a propane stove, gasoline heater, running water, a toilet, outdoor shower, and fans. We built this van for full-time travel. It’s also ideal for weekend warrior trips, and overall recreational enjoyment. Build Specs Heavy duty alternator, dual agms, accessory switches, electric and heated passenger/driver seats, extended heated mirrors. Scrival swivel for passenger seat. (Allows the passenger seat to spin around to face the rear of van.) Insulation: 3m thinsulate and reflectix throughout. Floor insulated with 1 inch foam board and Baltic birch plywood covered with 1 solid sheet of linoleum. Walls are shiplap with an American Oak plank ceiling with recessed warm LED Lights. Inset walls to fit the contour of the van to amplify space and increase leg room. Raised bed frame built from Baltic birch, fitting a full size mattress, fitted to sleep width wise with the van. (Ideal for individuals under 5 ft 9 inches) Storage: under-bed cargo storage open. Kitchen vanity with 2 cabinets, one large drawer, and 3 small size drawers. Uppers consisting of 5 individual cabinets. Necessities: Natures head toilet located under sink. In line propane water heater supporting outdoor shower and hot water from sink as needed. Running water out of kitchen sink, 3 burner range with oven, butcher block counter top, and led lighting above kitchen vanity. 20 gallon fresh water tank. Heating/cooling: webasto 12v gasoline heater rigged directly into van fuel tank. Maxx air fan and a sirocco telescoping fan. ( No A.C) Electrical: 350 watts of solar, sterling b2b charger ( van rigged with heavy duty alternator and 2 agm batteries also), and shore power hook up. 100 amp battle born lithium ion house battery. 2,000 watt inverter rigged directly to van batteries. Victron 100:30 charge controller with Victron smart controller. All wiring marine grade stranded copper wore with heat shrink connectors. (Built with the idea to increase battery bank if desired) Vented Propane locker located in cargo area of van housing a 20 lb tank. Freedman 2 passenger van seat in front of bed. Removable.
