Seller's Description

2015 Ford Transit 250 Conversion Van If you are looking for a getaway RV or want to begin your stealth “van life” journey, this is definitely the van for you! I bought this van and converted it in 2019 for the purpose of living in it for a couple of years before moving overseas. That time is now nearing its end and it was worth it all! While in the process of building I met my now wife, so yes, it is definitely roomy enough for two people, and has plenty of storage! The van comes with: Solar power, shore power hookup, water hookup, shower, cookware if needed, tv, fridge, portable air conditioner, wifi router, etc. More details below! We would prefer an in-person sale of our vehicle with a verified certified check or money orders with the financial institution where they were issued. Personal checks or foreign money orders will not be accepted. Price negotiable. Vehicle: Engine: 6 Cylinders G 3.5L DI Turbo DOHC 213 CID Miles: 129,*** Body: Body is in good condition. It was previously a cargo van used for work purposes, and there are dings that are noticeable on the outside, but nothing that disrupts the integrity or durability of the van. Tires: Brand spanking new General Grabber tires 235/65/r16 Note: Inside mirror works, and has back up camera, but is hanging from the windshield. We never got it fixed back to the window because our cargo carrier blocked the rear camera anyway, but it should not be too much of a hassle to fix. I have had a few things fixed on the van, which I have all of the receipts for, along with oil changes. Recently, due to a recall, the drive shaft and fuel pump was replaced for free! Plumbing: 7-gallon fresh water tank (plus 11 gallons in heat exchanger) Hot & cold water (11 gallon heat exchanger that heats water using heat from engine) Water hookup on driver side of van. Toilet: Camco 41541 Portable Travel Water pump switch to turn water on and off Insulation: Spray foam on walls, 1’ foam board insulation. Electric: Solar Power (Can power everything in the van, including fridge, 24/7, except air conditioner and electric cookware) – Renogy 400W 12V Premium Kit, which includes 4, 100W, Mono Solar Panels, Bluetooth Module, and Charge Controller. – (2) Renogy Deep Cycle Hybrid GEL Battery 12 Volt 200Ah (total of 400Ah) – Renogy 3000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter There is also a shore power hookup on the driver side for when you have a spot to plug in. Interior: 3 cabinets: 35’ in length, 12.25’ in height, 10.5’ deep Bookshelf: 54’ in length Kitchen Counter: 33.5’ in length, 25’ deep – Sink in counter (Sink: 17.25’ x 15.25’ x 6.5’, Inner dimension: 15’ x 13’ x 6.5’) Shower: Mustee Durastall 74.75 H x 32.5 W White Polypropylene Square Shower Stall Bench Seats: 54’ in length, 17’ deep – Back Bench Seat: 65’ in length, 23’ wide Table: 43’ in length, 25’ wide – Table sits on swiveling Lagun Table Leg Bed: 77’ in length, 65’ wide (superior material used for bench seats/bed. COST over $1,400!!!) – Table removes from Lagun leg and creates the bed (takes less than 2 minutes to go from table to bed) Air Conditioning/Heat: The van has spray foam in some areas and 1’ thick foam board insulation in others. We have survived 2 Florida summers and winters, so it can work. Some days, when it’s high 90’s +, we try to find something to do because the portable air conditioner can only keep it cooled down so much. At night, you can always get it into the low 70’s, and under 70, if you want! It also has heat and a dehumidifier. The heat works pretty great. We’ve been good in temperatures in the low 40’s through the night. Portable Air Conditioner: DELLA 14,000 BTU Smart WiFi Enabled Portable Air Conditioner, Freestanding Indoor Electric Fan Dehumidifier Unit on Wheels with Remote Control, Self-Evaporation Windows: 2 windows. One of the windows slides and has a screen in order to let a nice breeze through. Vent Fan: MAXXAIR 00-06200K MaxxFan Ventilation Fan with Smoke Lid and Manual Opening Keypad Control Other: Lights: 6 lights on roof controlled by switches. Switch one turns on the front 4 (lights up kitchen and shower area), switch two turns on both back lights (over bed) 32’ Samsung Smart TV DOMETIC CC40-ACDC CC40 Portable Refrigerator/Freezer MOFI4500-4GXeLTE-SIM4-COMBO 4G/LTE Router AT&T T-Mobile Verizon Embedded SIM with Band 12 Optional: Champion 3100-Watt RV Ready Portable Inverter Generator with Wireless Remote Start StowAway Max Hitch Cargo Box with Swingaway Frame | Black
