I'm selling my low miles 1985 Winnebago Minnie Winnie Class C. RV can be used an an ideal tiny home or van life house or small vacation studio. Layout will be perfect for a single person or small family. Scandinavian decor inspired interior, with lots of white for reflected light, simple surfaces, and utility based environment. Large amount of storage has been created. This RV was a true labor of love, and we enjoyed living in it as a family when we first moved to the Bay Area! The RV has a lot of potential as tiny home for an adventurous person or couple. It is ready for you to put your personal style into it. It drives well and is a cozy home. The water needs to be supplied by a normal outdoor spigot. This RV is designed to be in an RV park or campground. - There is no electrical generator; there electricity needs to be supplied by a 20 amp power box or 120 volt outlet (normal outdoor plug using an adapter and extension cord works fine. Again, this RV is designed to in an RV park or campground. - The house battery will need to be replaced for the 12 volt lights to work when not connected to an electrical outlet. - The black water tank is approximately 15 gallons, and the grey water is approximately 30-40 gallons. However, it works best when hooked up septic tank or sewer when parked so that the tanks don’t get full quickly. - There is discoloration on some of the paint in the rear of the RV which developed when it was in long term storage. A simple paint job will restore the look.
