Selling the van with THREE 105amphr ReLion batteries, 3000w inverter, 370w solar panel, Timberline heater + hot water system, and a discreet shore power plug. The floor is finished, but the vinyl can easily be pulled up and replaced with the floor of your choice, the subfloor is solid. The walls and ceiling are partially done, but all of the lumber and Havelock wool to finish the project are included! The only thing it might need is a fresh coat of paint on the walls when finished. There is a MaxxAir fan with remote, a roof hatch that provides fresh air and access to the roof, extra flood lights on the roof, and an extra opening vent on the back door. Fits a Full bed snugly, plenty of "garage" space. I'm also including all of the finishes for the vents, some puck lights, a Vitrifrigo fridge/freezer, water pumps, a large sink that was going to be used as a shower basin, a fresh water tank, a dimmable reading lamp/usb charger, and AdventureWagon soft "cabinets" that can be unscrewed from the L track and repacled with solid cabinets. I'm also including custom, magnetic blackout window covers for ALL of the windows and windshield. The van is in great condition, gets oil changes regularly, and the tires are still in good shape. A week before I chose to list this van, it was involved in a hit and run that left minimal cosmetic damage on the rear passenger side that you can see in the last picture.
