The Short: 1999 Chevy Express 1500 Converted Low Miles: 96k (will change as time passes) Propane stove, 12v fridge, Maxxair Fan, Passenger Swivel Seat, LED ceiling lights, 2" hitch, fairly new rear tires The Long: I purchased this van in November 2020 in California. It had two owners previous to me and was originally from Michigan. There is a fair amount of rust due to it being from the Midwest. The previous owner had built it out but I redid the build minus floor, walls, ceiling, and electrical. The build is set up with one person in mind and to provide ample storage for an active lifestyle. I lived in it full time and found that it worked well. The build features: 110 AH AGM Battery 200W Solar Panel 700W Inverter Twin Bed Platform 2 burner propane stove IceCo 45L Fridge Maxxair Fan (Manual) Passenger Swivel Seat 2" hitch 4 foot drawer on 500lb slides Space for 3 sets of skis Space for 2 bikes (I fit a XL mountain bike and XL road bike) *Bike rack could be included if desired Ladder DIY Solar Shower There are other little features as well, feel free to ask! The Not So Good: Rust Slow to start in the cold Second side door and rear drivers side door latches are broken (can still open, just not smooth) Recently installed a Chinese Diesel heater but it stopped working after a month and I haven't taken the time to diagnose the problem Brakes will need replaced relatively soon Feel free to reach out with any questions!
