I recently completed a custom overland build on a 2006 Ford F-250 Lariat 4x4 Supercab longbed and am looking to sell it to someone looking to overland / overnight vanlife camp. Please don't lowball me as I really want to keep this truck (and still might) but just exploring offers to help keep my business afloat. No spam, trades, etc., please. I believe in honesty and transparency, so will give you every bit of info I have on it. Vehicle information (the good): - 2006 F250 Lariat, Supercab (4-doors), longbed (8 ft.) - 6.0L Diesel - New transmission with 3-year warranty and unlimited miles - New motor @ roughly 186,000 miles - New alternator, new radiator, new transmission cooler, the list goes on...this is basically a new truck mechanically. - 2-inch / leveled lift - Brand new > 2,000 miles Goodyear Ultraterrain tires (35") - Previous owner had the motor replaced, I had the transmission replaced, lots of $$$ into the truck - Pretty sure it was repainted in roughly 2015 or 2016, but color is black with some sparkle - Passes emissions with >99% efficiency - 4x4 and hubs work like a champ (pulled 3 people out of snowbanks this year already) Vehicle information (what you should know about) - Couple of rust spots on the back-left wheel well (quarter size) - Couple of dings, dangs, dents, but overall good looking - Interior is really nice. A couple of oil stains on the carpet and the leather is slightly worn, but it is a 15-year old truck - Seems the previous owner knew about transmission so I had to have it replaced. It was $6,300 in total and I bought a brand new Ford transmission from a Ford dealer, instead of a used or rebuilt one - Carfax does show an accident but that didn't bother me as it runs like a champ - It is 15 years old, so please don't nitpick minor wear and tear - Back-right window kind of sticks a bit rolling up, but it will roll up - Make sure to have good parking, this is a loooooooooong truck - I just manually lock the hubs in, but pretty sure the pressure lines might stuck (never really checked them). Overland equipment included (now this is no Scout camper or majestic RV) - Custom-built, insulated camper built into the bed of the truck. Completely waterproof, insulated, and very nice. - Laminate flooring, tough-and-groove molding. - Small bed with memory foam - Under-bed storage and bins - Propane heater (Mr. Buddy) with exhaust vent - Counter space / racks to store food & essentials - Butane burner / stove to cook on - Interior lighting Dimensions of custom camper: - Length: 8 feet - Width: little over 4 feet at base, then opens up to roughly 6 feet and some change above the truck bed - Height: 4 feet (you have to crouch a bit. Again, this isn't an "RV" so don't expect a shower, etc.) If you like to live that Colorado outdoors life, this truck might be for you. If you just want a work truck, I'm sure you can take the camper out and just burn it or something, but that would be sad.
