The van has a clean title and carfax and has always been maintained by Ford Dealership. This is a completed, full time livable, campervan that is 100% off grid and self-sustaining with heat/insulation, ventilation, water, electricity and refrigeration. I have listed all the various components and layout in further detail below. Van is complete besides upholstery of rear doors and sliding door. I have the panels but am waiting on material to complete. Will be upholstered with waterproof grey material that matches Ford’s headliner. Campervan has no problems or issues and is ready to travel. Van: Factory backup camera, Scopema passenger swivel seat, 245/75r16 BF Goodrich KO2 All Terrain tires with full size spare located under van, trailer hitch, dealer installed front wheel well liners, weathertech front floor mats and tinted windows. Build Out: Fully framed with baltic birch plywood and securely attached to the van with rivet nuts. The interior of the van has been finished with stained and sealed pine shiplap. Flooring is industrial grade vinyl. Insulation: Fully insulated (Floor, ceiling, walls, and doors) with Havlock Wool for superior moisture management. Ventilation: Two Maxxair vent fans with built-in rain shield,10 fan speeds and intake and exhaust for complete air-circulation. Sliding window with screen installed over kitchen countertop that opens for full passthrough. Heating: Webasto Air Top 2000 STC gasoline heater installed under the passenger seat that is tapped into the aux port on the fuel tank, with a digital thermostat. Kitchen: All cabinetry custom made and has magnetic latches. Beech butcher block countertop stained and sealed with food grade waterlox. Stainless steel deep sink with pull down faucet. Stainless steel two burner Domectic propane stove with electronic ignition. Dometic CFX3-75 refrigerator/freezer combo. That doubles as a comfy seat and a step to the bed. Separate dimmable led lighting over the kitchen countertop. Backsplash houses control panel: Battery monitor, Webasto thermostat, water pump, two stage dimmable LED lights (for kitchen counter & rest of van) and two AC plugs. Sleeping: Bed extension bump outs to increase sleeping space. For example I’m 6’1” and fit comfortably width wise in the bed area. Custom cut latex mattress with two custom fitted mattress covers/sheets. Two large upper storage cabinets designed for clothing and gear above the foot section of the bed. Two adjustable and dimmable reading lights. Garage: The rear section of the van commonly referred to as the garage, houses the electrical system behind a removable sliding panel, water storage, vented locking propane storage and the hot water heater/shower. Propane System: 11 Gal tank securely mounted in garage above water tank in a sealed and vented (outside, via bottom of the van) appropriate shut offs etc. Propane is only required to run the dometic stove and Camplux Instant hot water heater.
