Seller's Description

Hey all! We’re selling our converted 2007 Ford Econoline E250 Van. This van is ready for full or part-time van life. We’re very sad to be selling, but we have to move to NYC for work. If you or anyone you know might be interested, feel free to reach out with any questions! We are flexible re driving out of San Diego to show the van, and the price is negotiable. Van Interior: - 6’1” standing room. - Fully insulated with Polylso. - MaxxAir Thermostatic Fan with rain protection. - Both output options for ventilation and input options for cooling. - Back and side windows for natural light. - One can be opened, which is rare and great for ventilation. - White exterior - great for stealth. - 300W of solar on the roof and two 200ah AGM batteries - there’s an indoor switch to turn off batteries at night to conserve power if desired. - Multiple sets of outlets around the van connected to the solar. - 8 LED dimmer lights - can use these at night or in the day without using battery/solar power. - A specially-designed couch that pulls out easily into a bed frame. - Two seats installed in the back - can be folded up or down, depending on space needs. - Two newly-installed RV-style mounts for tables. - One between the couch and TV upfront and the other between the two back seats. - Battery Doctor connected to the alternator - can charge the house batteries using the car alternator when driving, which is good for when in locations with limited sunlight, but rarely needed because the solar is great. Can also be used to jump the car battery using the interior house batteries. - Diesel heater installed, which is MUCH safer than a propane heater. This particular heater is sought-after by van lifers because it's the 2kw size that was discontinued by the company (they now only sell 5kw, which is too big for most vans) - they go for $500 online! The heater has a control panel with options to manage the temperature - great for winter sports. It can be filled with diesel via a valve from the outside for easy access and further safety. - Sink with 30G freshwater and 70G grey water tanks. It uses a regular on/off water pump, but also a foot pump option as well if want to conserve more power/water. It's easy to fill up via hose attachment in gas section, and easy to empty via an empty valve under the sink operated by a button. - Can drain the main water tank via a switch under the car - good if storing the van for a period of time. - Hot and cold water options for the sink and shower - Shower inside the van with 5G fresh and grey water tanks - a luxury in van life, especially with hot water! The shower is recirculating, which saves a lot of power as it uses the already-heated engine coolant to heat water. - LOTS of storage space. Free Extras Included: - A full-size mattress specially designed to bend into three parts to a couch for day use - VERY comfortable! - A detachable table to secure in either the middle table mount or back table mount for secure use during transit or when parked. Great for working remotely or for meals. - New unused two-burner stove from RBI. - Solar-powered fridge/freezer. - 32” mounted TV. Can connect phone/laptop/etc. via an installed HDMI cable. - Two carbon monoxide detectors for the front and back of the van. - Window covers for all windows, and reflective covers for the front of the van for when in hot areas. - Extra filters for the shower - Towing cables for the back of the van. - Replacement filter for the diesel heater. - Spare remote for the diesel heater Spare spark plug. Vehicle Information: - Engine: 5.4 L V8 - MPG approx 14-15 in a city or 17-19 on - Driven only approx 150,000 miles. Ford Econoline engines are known to last for 400,000 miles plus. - Clean title. Regularly serviced by a trusted mechanic. All documentation in-hand. - Tires recently replaced with only approx 10k miles on them since. - Passed recent smog. - Recently registered and titled in California, the most difficult state to pass a registration inspection in, making it easy to transfer the title here or re-register the van elsewhere. - Van speaker is Bluetooth - very loud and good quality sound. Things to Note: - The shower needs some filters replaced. - A couple of minor aesthetic-only dents.
