Seller's Description

2017 Ford Transit 350 XLT Campervan Medium roof ~67,130 miles(I do still drive the van from time to time, so mileage will fluctuate some) 15-17 mpg No smoking, no pets Open to offers I've had this van for almost 3 years and have been building it out over time, with some changes being made through the process. The major change came after my wife and I had our daughter and we had a need for a third seat in the van after having taken them all out for the build initially. We had a Nature's Head composting toilet in the van, but it was removed to put the seat in. I am including the toilet(very lightly used, only a handful of times for #1, never for #2, and sanitized well) in the event you would like to remove the third seat and build a space for the toilet instead. There are a few other cosmetic things I never finished as well, but could easily be finished by a new owner. This van has served my family well for years, but it's time for us to move onto our next chapter in life as we are trying to purchase a home now. Van build includes: Electrical setup: 4- 100W Renogy solar panels Renogy charge controller 2 - 155ah VMAX 12V batteries Vertamax 2000W inverter BlueSea Systems fuse block Two port standard 110V wall outlet w/ two USB ports above countertop 12V plug next to bed Extra outlets directly on inverter, easily accessible Kitchen: 62 Qt. Whynter Dual Zone fridge(tons of fridge/freezer space!, slides out from under the bed, easily accessible but hidden away when not using) Sink w/ fully swiveling faucet w/ a pull-out sprayer head(could swivel facing out side sliding door for a quick rinse if needed-not necessarily replacing an actual shower however) 12V, 55 PSI, 3.0 GPM SEAFLO water pump w/ shutoff switch 5 Gal fresh water tank(easily swapped out when empty, with a backup container included) 6 Gal grey water tank, easily removed for dumping(both tanks are accessible from the side of the van when sliding door is open) Butcher block countertop with extra flip-up counter space when needed Electric induction plate used for cooking, plugs into outlet behind countertop We used a toaster oven/coffee maker as well, which I can include upon request(color matches the cabinets!) Full standing(although narrow) pantry for stocking all your dry foods! Overhead and under-counter cabinet space, as well as a drawer for storage General van build items: 3-speed MaxxAir fan 2 - smaller two-speed fans mounted on ceiling at front and rear corners of living space 6 - puck lights on a dimmer switch Full size, 8" thick gel memory foam mattress/permanent bed frame mount(No setting up your bed area each night! Great for those late nights of driving when you can park and go right to sleep!) Two separate overhead cabinets in sleeping area, great for clothes storage Bench seat with dining table mounted on Lagun swivel arm Storage inside bench seat, flip-up benchtop Vinyl flooring T&G pine wall and ceiling Mineral wool and foam board insulation All cabinets/drawer in van latch closed for security while driving Plenty of extra storage space under bed, accessible from rear of van Van specifics: ~67,100 miles(I do still drive the van from time to time, so mileage will fluctuate some) Gasoline Automatic Transmission 148" WB RWD 2 key/fobs All-weather Michelin tires put on this past spring(~12,000 miles on these tires) Brake pads and calipers replaced this past spring(~12,000 miles since) Regular oil changes and maintenance done every ~5,000 miles, full synthetic oil ~67 inches standing height in living space of van Heating and air conditioning works great, cab and rear(no separate heat or air from the van itself) Cruise control Tinted windows(not including windows of main cab of van) Receiver for trailer hitch(does not currently have a hitch mount/ball, but sold at most local hardware stores) Van has always ran great and never given me any problems. Very smooth ride and easily parked(with a little practice) in regular parking spaces There is a crack on the rear bumper, passenger side. It is only the plastic part, and does not affect the integrity of the bumper at all, as I can still stand on it no problem. There are also some cosmetic things that could be finished on the interior of the van. Mostly just covering up bare metal that I never got around to, and finishing the transition from the wood ceiling in the living area to the overhead liner in the cab of the van. I'm factoring this into the price, as even though this van is ready for travel, it does require a little more work to be considered fully complete. As stated previously, I am also including the Nature's Head composting toilet we purchased in case you would like to put it back into the van in place of the third seat. I'm open to hearing offers, so don't be afraid to reach out. Please no lowballing, though. Transits continue to rise in value, so jump on this offer before spring rolls around and the market jacks these campervans back up again. This van doesn't offer water heater and shower and all the amenities that some vans do, but for someone looking for a getaway vehicle at a lower price point and still relatively low miles(lots of traveling left in this van!), this is the perfect van for you! We are hoping to find someone to love our little home on wheels just as much as we have. She has been to both coasts and so many places in between, and she has never given us a problem along any of our travels.
