Just dropped the price! Need to sell this thing ASAP!!! I designed and built this van over the summer 2019 and have been living in it full time since September 2019. While many vans on the market are built to be aesthetically pleasing, this one is unique because it is that plus durable and practical. I am a licensed civil engineer, have worked in the construction industry for 7 years, and wood work/furniture building is one of my hobbies. This van has been my home for over 2 years now and while I will be sad to see it go, I’m psyched for someone else to make this their full or part time home. I just got an oil change in mid October at 118,600 miles. I also paid for a full mechanical inspection. The only issues to mention are minor and are listed below. I’m happy to share the inspection report. Vehicle has had no major mechanical issues during my ownership or that I am aware of from the previous owner. Build out Information: - Full size bed with reading lamp and adjacent shelving. Mattress included if desired. - Kitchen with sink, overhead lights gas stove, fridge, large countertop and cabinets - Storage: closet, cabinets, overhead cabinets, cubbies - Couch with storage below - Slide out table - Passenger swivel seat - Large and organized back storage area - Artwork not included in purchase Appliances - Two burner gas stove (Gasland Chef) - Full size sink with faucet and soap dispenser - (2) 6 gallon fresh water tanks and (1) 6 gallon grey water tank - Refrigerator (Dometic CRX 65) - Fan (Max Fan) - Propane heater (Propex HS2000) Electrical System - (3) 100 watt solar panels (Renogy) - 30 Ah MPPT Charge controller (Renogy) - 700 Watt pure sine wave inverter (Renogy) - (3) 100 Ah AGM batteries (UPG) [These batteries are not at full charge capacity anymore and should be replaced] Issues/Damage Exterior - Windshield is cracked (see picture and video) - Passenger side mirror is cracked (see picture and video) - Small dent below sliding door (see video) - Small light missing above windshield (see video) Mechanical - Air filter should be replaced at next oil change - One tire pressure sensor needs to be replaced Interior - Minor scratches and stains (see video) - Flooring joints not perfectly flush (Due to sun... inevitable and typical in every van.
