Sold - 2006 Ford E450 conversion van / motorcycle hauler

2006 Ford E450 -retired uhaul box van 6.8 V10 - 125,XXX miles Very well maintained, all fluids, filters and spark plugs changed within the last 15k miles. Tires have about 10k miles on them, brake pads and rotors have plenty of life left. Mechanical issues: occasionally a P2196 code sets off the check engine light, it's for an oxygen sensor but after a few drive cycles it shuts itself off again. Never given me any problems so I've just left it. Other than that, a small crack in the windshield has appeared over the last two weeks. That's it! No leaks anywhere, drives great, wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross country right now. The van has been to Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, New Mexico and Texas over this summer without problems. The reason for sale: I built this out for my now ex-girlfriend and I to live and travel in. Things change and this is way more space and storage needed for just myself and my dog. On to the van, it has everything you need to be off-grid. This self-converted van is fully insulated with 1" foam board all around. The van includes a 36"×36" shower stall with instant hot water. An emergency toilet (just a bucket with a seat). Two burner stove with oven, sink, maxx air fan, dometic fridge, Ecoflow R600 Pro solar generator and 2x 100 watt solar panels mounted on the roof. I didn't want water tanks mounted on the outside because they are worthless if you travel in freezing temperatures, so there's 6 gal fresh and gray tanks under the sink and I just travel with extra 6 gal fresh tanks. There's so much storage room you could travel with however many you want. As for the shower, it just drains straight out the floor to the ground outside, just use biodegradable soap and I've never been hassled. On to the storage, there's enough room for all your adventure gear and then some. I personally travel with my mountain bike, snowboards, skateboards, my paddle board, all my hiking and backpacking gear and lots and lots of tools including a chainsaw. The bike and snowboard will be off the walls before the sale so either you can do the same or decorate the wall space however you like. The couch is big enough to sleep one, or if you pull it out its big enough for two. Next to the bed is a fold up table that tucks in between the bed and dresser. Table is great for cooking outside. The oven/stove is portable which makes cooking outside really easy. The mothers attic is all storage space but you could turn it into a small loft for a 3rd traveler if wanted. Since This used to be a uhaul it still has the pull out loading ramp which works great for loading a motorcycle inside, that's right!...I've been traveling with a klx250 motorcycle inside for the last couple months. There's a small side window on each side of the van and a pass through to the cab area (the mirror blocks the pass through in the pictures). Also There's an exterior awning by the rear roll up door. As for heat, I'm just using a propane buddy heater. Works well enough for me. That's all I can think of right now but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
