We are selling our Chevy Express 2500 van that has been customized for camping. The floor is a floating floor, framed with 1 bys and insulated with rigid foam insulation, vapor barrier, 1/2 inch plywood, and finished with laminate flooring. There has been no changes made to the original van structure, no screws or holes have been made in the frame. The camper comes with a single bed with storage underneath, a dog bed frame, and additional storage. The wheel wells are insulated with smart shield reflective insulation. All furnishings are modular and can be reconfigured as desired or kept as is for immediate use. We camped in this van last weekend, it needs no work at all to hit the road tomorrow. Our family has grown to three and this van is suited to one or two travelers, so we are upgrading to a larger camping vehicle. We are sure going to miss driving her. You could also easily convert this van back to a cargo/work van. The low mileage is on the original engine (that's why we bought it!) and the van is in beautiful shape and drives like a dream.
