Seller's Description
Serious inquiries only. 2000 Ford Econoline Mark III LE. It was recently serviced in August this year. It had the transmission line re-fabricated, and a general tune up. 4x2 rear wheel drive gasoline 5.4L V8 engine. I am not the first owner, you would be the 5th. I had it for almost a year and have to sell unfortunately because I moved into a major city in an apartment and no longer need it. Accident free, title is in my name, great condition, totally rust free, and babied in TX for most of its life. This van would be perfect for someone who is a solo part time traveler. It has many of the amenities you would expect for a larger van. The gas milage is about 15 mpg. I would have no hesitations driving it across the country. Feel free to contact me at any time for more information. Commonly asked questions: Does it have air conditioning? It would be physically impossible for there to be enough room for solar powered air conditioning on the van. It has air conditioning that works with the van being turned on in the front and in the back Is the price negotiable? Yes Can I be in southern location when it is very hot during the summer or somewhere else known to have dangerous temps that fluctuate? No, I would not recommend being somewhere like AZ where ambient temperatures can reach up to 130 degrees, the Maxx air fan would not be strong enough, and Ive had a friend that had an air conditioner that was not able to keep up with the temperatures even with a generator and an air conditioner. Will I deliver it? At this time, no I am not willing to deliver it Does it have a shower? It has a DIY shower that my girlfriend and I used. It is a pop up doggy pool with PEX plumbing and we heated up water in a weed sprayer which comes with the van. We carried a total of 20 gallons and showered about once a week. I would recommend getting a gym membership Do I need a special license to drive it? No, you do not need a special license What runs off the batteries? Anything under 1500 watts can be run do keep in mind 1500 is peak wattage, if you're looking to run more appliances that add up to 1500 continuous I would suggest a inverter with higher output, the diesel heater, Maxx Air fan, lighting, Fridge, TV, phones, laptops, etc. What brand are the solar panels? They're Renogy in series while the batteries are in parallel Can you tell me more about the wiring? The wiring is all correctly AWG and loomed in areas that it needs to be loomed. In the photos it best shows the situation of the areas its covered partly by wood. How did you get wifi/ internet? We used mobile hotspot and local wifi. There are also modem and router devices that are combined My phone number is 980-233-0117 for texting and calling to schedule or to ask further questions
