This is an incredible van with top-of-the-line systems (electrical, solar, water, carpentry, other vehicle add-ons). We had a third seat professionally installed to accommodate our young son. The seat is compatible with standard child car seats and is also comfortable for adults. The seat can be fully removed and other items could be built in its place (additional counter space, additional bench/storage seating, composting toilet, etc). We love the van for our young family and it's sad to see it go considering the time and effort we put into it and all the wonderful memories we have in it. We're selling it because we are expecting another little one. Asking $112,000 (price is negotiable). Located in New England but willing to deliver anywhere. - 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 - Long wheel base - ~24k miles - Backup camera (this is really helpful) - Bluetooth enabled for phone connection - 2” trailer hitch - Undercoating done by professional auto shop - BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires (four nearly new tires – less than 8k miles) - Alarm system & remote starter – Viper LCD 2-way security system & remote starter - Swivel passenger seat – Scopema swivel - Custom windows Sliding door – large glass Behind driver seat – large glass with lower half that opens Two bunk windows on both sides of bed that open - Custom window covers for all windows in van including windshield - Custom latex cushions L-shape bench seat has 3” latex cushions Bed area has 4” latex cushions (super comfortable) - Awning – REI awning that gets set up when camping; can attach to the van or be set up independently - Bug screen for sliding door - 3rd seat professionally installed behind driver seat with standard child seat anchors. We had this installed because we were pregnant. (We’re selling the van because we’re expecting another.) - Materials in the van were chosen based on the most non-toxic options available (natural wool insulation in walls and ceiling, untreated cedar for walls and ceiling, untreated plywood throughout, cork flooring). Carpentry, layout & build - Custom everything - All carpentry was done by a master carpenter who does incredible custom work. - Countertop - Live edge tulip countertop ~4ft wide by ~2ft deep including the sink. The countertop is large and provides a LOT of space for cooking. We absolutely love the amount of space the countertop provides. - Countertop has been sealed with WaterLox H2O with matte finish. The sealant is extremely good…water proof, cleanable, safe for hot temperatures - There is a second smaller countertop - L-shape bench - Bed – the back of the bench flips up to create nearly a queen size bed (2 inches shy of a queen) Solar - The van has a TON of solar, much more than most vans we’ve come across. Because of the solar input from the 660 watts of solar, we have never come close to running low on our batteries. We can provide a full list of solar parts (just ask), but here are the highlights. - The entire solar and electric system was installed by a certified and licensed solar electrician, so it was done correctly, professionally, and is well organized. - 660 watts of solar from two 330-watt solar panels - 400-amp hour battery bank from two 200-amp hour Victron lithium iron phosphate batteries - 100-amp hour DC battery-to-battery charger for charging batteries while driving - Shore power hook-up (we’ve never needed it or used it) Lighting (no shortage of lighting in this van) & other electrical - Lighting - Dual zone recessed LED dimmable puck lights (4 in the kitchen area and 4 in the bed area) - LED dimmable strip lights under upper cabinets - LED strip light under kitchen counter provides really soft lighting - Two reading lamps on both sides of the bed - LED strip light in garage (under the bed) - Standard AC and DC (USB) outlets throughout the van - Ceiling fan – MaxxAir Ceiling Fan – great for pulling out cooking smells and water vapor - Stove – True Induction dual burner electric cooktop - Fridge & freezer – Dometic CFX3 dual zone fridge/freezer Dual zones can be set to specific temperatures…can have full fridge, half fridge and half freezer, or full freezer. The lowest freezer temperature we’ve had is 9 degrees Fahrenheit…so it does what it needs to do. Water system - 30-gallon freshwater tank - Cold water to sink for dishes - Option for hot water to sink when propane hot water is hooked up (most of the time we just use cold water, but it’s nice to have the option of hot water in certain situations) - Separate drinking water faucet with Acuva Eco NX-Silver water purifier (this was a huge item for us considering some of the water fill-up locations…drinking water has always tasted great) - 5-gallon grey water tank under the sink – tank is easily removed, emptied and re-installed - 14’x18’ deep stainless steel undermount sink with cutting board – sink depth is great for dishes and keeping water inside the sink - Hot water shower - EcoTemp L5 Tankless Water Heater used with 11 lb propane tank (we get about 12 showers out of the tank before needing to refill it. We also have an adapter in case you want to use the 1 lb propane canisters (we tried that, but liked the larger tank). Heating - Espar B4L high altitude heater Unit runs off gasoline directly from auxiliary fuel line from the vehicle gas tank Has built-in high-altitude elements and is rated to work with same efficiency up to 10,000 ft. We have used the heater above 10,000 ft and it works excellently
