Hello Van searcher! Check out the video below for the configurations and functional details. Building this conversion has been my passion for 3 years now as I took it from an empty cargo van to a complete oasis. This van is a PNW van and has unique features that tie it to the area. The slide out table is a single slab of locally sourced Coastal Red Wood. All other wood is Beetle Kill Ponderosa Pine from Idaho with that exceptional red, white, and blue coloration. The light switch panel is a laser cut piece of steel with Mt. Hood on the top and the iconic Lake Trillium reflection of Mt. Hood on the bottom. These features along with the trim quality set this van apart from the others, but wait, there is still more. The intent was to design this van purely for adventure. There is maximum space to fit all of your toys under the bed in the "garage". The dining room allows comfortable seating for 4 people which is great for a shared dinner and board games afterwards. A receiver allows for bike racks, trailers, or other opportunities to fit even more stuff just in case there is not enough room inside. When the lower bed is folded out 4 can sleep comfortably. The lower bed is almost a complete queen (minus about 4 sqft where the kitchen cabinet is) Below you can find an itemized feature list. ○ 2 Queen Beds ○ Main Bed is 10" Memory Foam ○ Lower fold out bed is 6" Memory Foam ○ Dometic Propane 3 Burner Stove & Sink Combination ○ C85 3.2CF Vitrifrigo Fridge & Freezer ○ Propex HS2800 Heater ○ 400 Watt Renogy Solar System & 40A MPPT Controller ○ 100 Ah Battle Born Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery ○ Renogy 40A Battery to Battery Charger (charge the house battery while driving, great for when there is no sun) ○ 10" Vertically Adjustable Main Bed at the Flip of a Switch ○ MaxxFan ○ Swivel Passenger Seat ○ Combined Stereo - Bluetooth receiver connected to house & van stereos works in tandem to keep van battery safe from discharge ○ Matching Grey Vinyl Wrapped Trim ○ White Quarts Kitchen Countertop ○ 11.28 Gallon Undermount Propane Tank with Remote Fill ○ 1000 Watt Inverter to AC 110 Power with Combo USB Outlets ○ 20 Gallon Potable Water Tank ○ Electric Water Pump ○ Dewalt Car Battery Charger (can be used to charge van battery, which then charges house battery, acting like shore power and getting you ready for your next adventure) ○ 62" X 42" max underbed "Garage" storage area ○ Stainless Steel Rear Door Area Trim with Mounting Screws & D-Rings for strapping loads ○ Pass Throughs in Underbed Bulkhead allowing you to carry objects of max length 16 feet long ○ 2 Bright Light Strips & 2 Ambient Light Strips with Dimmers ○ Has a few minor dings & scratches, but nothing big. ○ Comes with a few extra pieces of Ponderosa Pine just in case you need it for some reason ○ passenger side sliding door vented & screened window (FW293R) ○ Hook Ups Ready for On Demand Propane Water Heater (Shower) ○ 30.5" Yokohama Geolandar G015 Offroad Tires on Alloy Rims I am selling because I am moving & can't take the van with.
