Seller's Description

I am selling Gladys if anyone knows someone looking for a Ford Transit Connect Camper. It is a 2013 XLT Premium Wagon, 2.-0 L gas engine, peppy 4 cyl., automatic with O/D, A/C, Advance Trace RSC, 88k miles. Exterior is Mars Red Metallic (looks like orange to me) and interior is dark gray cloth. It has a rear view camera for safety in backing, privacy tinted glass on sides and rear, privacy curtain. I bought it from a retired couple in Minnesota in December 2017 and have enjoyed camping but now need a larger camper. The conversion was done by DLM Distribution, Mankato MN. 5 inch bedding with gray covering converts from a couch to a bed. (36X69) There is storage room under the bed and shelving and in front overhead storage shelf. The side shelving has a piece that comes up to be used as a table. The inverter is a Bestek 400 Watt. There are 3 12 volt outlets and a shoreline with adapater. The inverter runs off the vehicle battery. This vehicle is easy to drive and park so you can stealth camp about anywhere without notice. I have kept it garaged. There are a couple small rock nicks in front windshield which were repaired prior to my purchase and have not cracked more. I put down an indoor/outdoor carpet but it is easily removed and stained 3/4" plywood is the flooring. There is a full size spare. The two front tires are at 5/32 so will need replaced at some point. I took out the front seat to have extra storage but have the seat and it can be easily installed. My mechanic said they are safe to drive on and he also checked all the belts and said they were fine. I replaced the battery in April 2020 and a fuel injector June 2021 (after that I started adding fuel injector cleaner to the gas), replaced front wheel bearing Sept. 2021. 25-28 mpg. Serious inquiries only. Price reduced! Offers considered. Located in Lawrence KS. Message me for more information.
