The two undermount grey tanks have electric ball valves that can be operated by switches in the cabin thus eliminating the hassle of reaching under the van to turn the valves manually. The undermount tanks are secured in place using stainless steel hardware and aluminum supports to help reduce the chance of any rust. Plumbing Fixtures The shower has a Moentrol shower valve so you can control the temperature as well as the pressure. An upgraded Oxygenics shower head that reduces the amount of water usage while continuing to supply good pressure. The undermount Dawn BS161609 stainless steel kitchen sink is 9” deep by 17” X 17” wide, it is big enough to wash large cooking pans and has a built-in drain strainer to easily catch any food or debris from entering the drain system. The kitchen faucet is the upgraded Kohler swivel style with pull out spray nozzle. This is not the cheap $80 faucet you see in many van conversions; it cost around $300. The garage area comes equipped with a hot and cold Dura exterior spray faucet. Kitchen The kitchen has plenty of storage with 18 drawers and one pop out tray. It is topped with real professionally cut and installed marble countertops. The main counter is 60” x 24” and the smaller one is 25” x 24”. Even though drawers are more expensive and time consuming to make, they are much more efficient for storage and use than cabinets. The 18 drawers are constructed of baltic birch, both glued and dadod for added strength. They come faced with the popular shaker style fronts and even include the upgraded soft close drawer slides. There is also an integrated soap dispenser so you don’t have to worry about a soap bottle moving around during your travels. We opted for the convenience and worry free safety of “no propane”, We prefer the use of an electric induction cooktop and airfryer for easy cooking and of course an outdoor grill or fire pit when available. The Isotherm 130 liter stainless steel fridge is the best you can buy. It’s big, energy efficient, won’t ice up and looks amazing. This is the $1,800 - $2,000 model, you can buy a much cheaper fridge but when talking to van lifers this is the one area they say to spend the money and do it right the first time. We also built in a drawer under the fridge to lift it off the ground making it more accessible and user friendly. Lightweight glass tile is used for the backsplash over the sink and fridge counters, it makes clean up a breeze and adds a nice finishing touch to compliment the stainless steel fixtures, grey & white marble countertops and the white shaker style cabinets. Bathroom The bathroom comes with a 32” x 24” shower. It is protected by the popular waterproofing “Kerdi board system” and is finished with ceramic mini white subway tiles (not the peel and stick tiles) and matching accented inlays. Stoett self cleaning shower doors are considered the top of the line, so of course this bathroom comes with one. Miscellaneous items MaxxAir Deluxe fan 7000K with thermostat, rain shield and remote control. 2- Gimbal fans, one over the bed and one facing the kitchen or sitting area. Swivel seats on both driver and passenger side. Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Heater with Multi-Control HD. This heater has many user-friendly options and can automatically maintain whatever comfortable temperature you program it for. It is very efficient and draws its fuel straight from the main fuel tank of the van. The Garage area is very functionable, with plenty of wide open space for storage. The bed frame sits at 35” giving enough room for mountain bikes, e bikes, mountain climbing gear or anything else you want to carry. It also has the hot and cold spray faucet unit that can be retrofitted as an outdoor shower or simply used to quickly clean any toys or other gear you might be hauling. I will happily take a road trip in the van to deliver it anywhere in the United States, Mexico or Canada. This is a great van that is sure to exceed your expectations and help capture many happy memories in the future.
