Seller's Description

2006 sprinter 195k miles Road-ready (will likely have more daily driving miles at time of sale) Well-kept 2.7 L 5 cylinder Diesel engine Remanufactured transmission installed at 153k miles 20mpg on highway when fully-loaded Well-kept and no mechanical issues (read further for information about new parts) —See pictures for exterior cosmetic defects. The van has its fair share of rust and dents on the outside! If you are not a T1N enthusiast, do a little researching and you will become one! This van by itself is amazing. It will take you at least another 300,000 miles if maintained properly. MECHANICAL: -only work to be done is Glowplugs in the future This van is very mechanically sound. We have never broken down. All repairs have been preventative maintenance to avoid being stranded. We have kept great care of the van in our time owning it, and can confirm that the company who sold it to us held true to their words as well. There are NO SIGNS OF BLACK DEATH: “Black death” has been one of the few reasons these T1N engines fail. It is when fuel injectors fail/leak and the unburnt fuel causes carbon buildup. We remove the cover and check the injectors every couple weeks. Never had any signs of bad seals. *NEEDS GLOW PLUG CHANGE in the future (parts included with purchase). There are glow plug codes stored on the van, and they should be changed for winter. If it is any consolation, my girlfriend’s dad is a mechanic and he has always inspected the work done to it and approves of its mechanical condition. -New brake pads, rotors, and calipers -New intercooler hose -Several new fuel hoses and re-sealed fuel pump -Several new coolant hoses -New serpentine belt and tensioner pulley at 193k miles -New rear shocks (Bilstien heavy duty shocks) -Swapped brake pedal switch -Swapped windshield wiper fluid reservoir -New air filter -Recent radiator flush -Oil + filter just changed Comes with -5 OEM Bosch glow plugs -New version glow plug module -Spare serpentine belt -Spare mass airflow sensor -Extra fuel hoses/clamp assortment -Some extra bulbs for headlights/tail lights -A few extra sprinter tools -Code scanner *NEEDS GLOW PLUG CHANGE for winter(parts included with purchase) BUILD: The build took about a year to complete.
