Sold - Chevy express shuttle bus conversion

Seller's Description

It is 2014 Chevy express 4500 with 6.6L diesel engine it has 161k miles. We are looking to get 60,000$ for it firm. I bought it from a shuttle bus company who took great care of the buses. I have records of all the repairs done together with maintenance and when was it done and at what milage - full service record it is priceless and shows this is well taken care of bus. I just did: F synthetic engine oil with filter. Fresh trans fluid with filter New Idler arm New 2 driveshaft center supports Fresh coolant New fuel filter New oil pan gasket New secondary battery end connectors New serpentine belt New fan clutch Front end greased My mechanic went thru everything and did full inspection to make sure everything is good to go. All windows were removed and resealed - absolutely no leaks whatsoever. We did tons of insulation to make sure it stays cold in summer and hot in winter -Floors are 1.5" Ridgid foam on top of marine grade plywood with 2x2 supports and 3/4 floor plywood Undercarriage is spray foam applied  with rust preventative coat. This was done for additional noise reduction as well as body seam sealing. The underbody was sprayed with a tough, pliable, corrosion protectant material, which incorporates a sound-deadening property. Walls has been foam sprayed + we added 1,5" Ridgid foam boards. Celling is spray foam + 1.5" fiberglass insulation + reflectix and seam taped everything. All lugs used are pure tinned copper - marine grade. -Dometic CFX75 fridge/freezer (this thing barely takes any power and can freeze up to -22C with Bluetooth control) All premium stainless steel fasteners/ all wood working was glued together (no squeeks on the road or wood coming apart) Motorized grey water tank valve operation ( you can dump grey water tank with push of a button - please do it responsible) Custom led lighting with touch dimmers and metal rocking panels switches. Brand New porta potti 365 stored under the couch. There is one line of propane gas and 12v ready for your choice of heater ( we prepared it to install marine Newport P9000 Propane Fireplace) And many many more just hard to remember. Lots of love and hard work went into it and it is build to last and be problem free. Very easy to drive, can sleep 4 people, 10-12 miles per gallon, strong engine can cruise 65 easily.
