Seller's Description

Ideal for van life, stealth camping- park and sleep anywhere. Can also easily convert to full shore power without inverter limitations at campgrounds or simply when plugged in at home. 159” Wheel base, 2500 Heavy duty, High roof Promaster. Low mileage, approx. 43,000miles, well cared for. We have put approx. 10,000 miles on the van after conversion. Before that we bought the van in 2018 with about 30,000 miles on it. The conversion was completed by my father, who is an electrician and myself. We used a lot of recycled wood and wood we found around the farm during Covid. Our goal was to be simple and rustic. Some of the more recent upgrades are: - Sliding window added to the passenger slider door. - Vent fan in center roof of van. We have purchased a Dometic Penguin II AC unit to be installed at the time of this posting ($1,600 value) We have the wiring and circuits already in place for this unit. - A heavy-duty fold away hitch from Thule. Compact storage bin and carrier are currently attached to hitch. Our hitch is a class C installed professionally with trailer light hookups. - Made the full-size main bed a foldable bed for access to seating area. - Two passenger seats, full swivel with seatbelts. We absolutely love this van, and are very proud of the work we accomplished on it. While we are not “professionals” we did learn and complete several versions of the build to get the van to this point. We have rear access to the garage under the bed which is a great storage area. We have a 27-gal fresh water tank, 8-gal hot water heater, quiet pump for water operation. Full shower. Portable 5-gal toilet for easy access and cleaning. Full sewer hookups outside. We also installed a simple drain if you are off grid and want to use the shower or sink. We had plans to install a grey tank underneath. There is plenty of room to do that. We just hadn’t had the need to do that up until this point. Van: - Insulated with Havelock natural sheep’s wool, no synthetics used here. We insulated the van floor as well. - Sound proofed with Kill Matz, including the floor. - 10 speed Max Air vent installed on roof. - Screens for the back sleeping area, so you can enjoy the open doors while in bed. - Garage area, easily store a few large bins and extra ladders/equipment here. - Commercial grade roof rack, great for hauling kayaks, or install a wood deck. - Water fill port, Electric hookup port, City water hookup port, Grey water drains (standard camper hookup 3.5” and also a smaller drain port when septic hookup isn’t available) - Thule telescoping ladder for easy roof access - ACB awning with aluminum casing - Back up camera Electric system: - 2 100-amp hour AGM batteries. - 2000W Renogy Inverter with remote on/off switch - 40 Amp DC/DC battery charger (this charges your ship batteries while driving) - 5- 110 outlets and USB plugs located throughout van Interior - 4” foldable full-size bed, with 2” foam topper - Passenger seating for 4 with seat belts. - Dining/Lounge area for 4 - Full shower (teak wood shower seat is available but not installed) with portable shower head - Portable 5-gal toilet. - 700w microwave - 8-gal marine grade water heater - 27-gal fresh water tank with easy external fill port - 1.5cu ft. refrigerator - Stainless steel sink - Full swivel passenger seats (2) can be easily taken out if not needed - Full swivel front passenger seat. - Custom shade kit for front windshield and cockpit windows - Marine grade flooring for easy cleaning. There will always be room for so many upgrades the list is endless as many know. We built this for family fun and to fit our family of four in safely (two adults, 2 kids under 10) It’s time to upgrade and our circumstances have changed or we would love to keep this van. We custom made a bed that lays across the driver and pax seats when parked with some foam toppers that our 10-year-old loved. We custom made a foundation that lays across the back two seats for our 1-year-olds pack and play. Always nonsmoking with no pets in vehicle No accidents. Clean title, no lien, in hand.
