It is the 2015 turbo diesel 3.0 Ram Promaster Extended with a high roof. Excellent year, van has given no problem and I've treated it like a baby. -22-23 MPG. Will try to list all costs of parts. -Brand new Kumho Road Venture AT51 All-Terrain Tire - LT225/75R16 10-ply. With towing insurance. (555$) -Van tech Heating system ( 13000 $ value with a slight discount)This thing is a monster heating system. Adds insulation and two layers of wood to the floor. Wood is carved and houses pex tubing throughout the entire van. It's a 2 type heating system, both radiant, and hot air for whenever there is a fast drop in temperature due to opening the door in a snowstorm. System includes 2 temperature readers, tactile screen, computer, duct exchange plate, combustion small engine under the van, multiple pumps and is connected to the fuel tank, housing container for glycol and water mix, temperature regulated secondary water container for hot water on demand, heating system that blows hot air whenever you tell it to or for when there is a sudden drop in temperature, and the entire floor system... and god knows what else. Worth every penny though you can be in Alaska in winter and in your underwear inside this van. Built for winter and for high altitude. Finally if you upgrade to a recirculating shower from van tech it will connect to this system. Best of all barely uses any electricity or fuel; it's absurdly efficient. -Insulation is triple. A layer of foam in cavities then thin wood like material then finally thermal brakes and furring strips build with birch and high R value thick foam board pressure pressed in between and then all joints covered with Nashua metal tape with no air bubbles. This was actually the most time consuming part of the entire build but was necessary for the efficiency of both the heating system and AC. (Estimate 600+$, don't remember but less than 1000$) -Fresh air AC System. With this and the heating plus insulation this is the closest an off grid van can get to full climate control ;). (1600+$, stupid shipping, check their website out very cool) -Electrical, Goal Zero 3000 (3000W/H=250AMP/H), + 800 Watts Solar System, Plus car plug in system, Plus parts. You'll never go below 50% and it's lithium so if for some reason you ever do no worries.) (5000$, Has the upgrades so no risk of surges or fires ;) -Fridge, one of the largest chest fridges doubles as a seat for work table, has 2 compartments that can each be used as fridge or freezer. Is on rails so convenient while cooking. (1000$, includes price of rails) -Build: huge butcher clock, 8 feet, nice sink that doubles as outside shower with hot water on demand, no waiting. Counter can act as a bunk bed for guest. Lots of plywood, all of it birch. Couch is over eight feet and doubles as storage and turns into a long twin. Bed set up is very quick please check video link. Toilet is Porta Potti White Thetford Corp. Some additional plumbing and water system. (Estimated price around 5500$, might be more I just don't remember) -Hitch + Motorcycle ramp- up to 600 lb (600$) I live in Miami at 33144.
