Sold - 2016 Ford Transit Converted Campervan

Seller's Description

This van was my home on wheels for a few months and also provided me a great income while I was not traveling in it. This van has been rented out several times on Outdoorsy.com for between $160-185 per night. *This van will be for sale at the end of summer (possibly sooner if I find the right buyer).* About the van: -2016 Ford Transit F-250 LWB, Medium Roof, RWD -Back-up camera, Tow Hitch -Van purchased in 2020 from Vroom.com with around 51,000. -Van has been well taken care of by me (regular oil changes, rotations, cleanings). New tires put on in November of 2020 (Currently around 13,000 miles on the tires) -This vehicle has not been in any accidents while in my possession. There is one large dent on the passenger side (rear, near the roof) from a 5mph run in with a extended cabin roof. This caused no internal damage, only cosmetic. On the drivers side (over the rear wheel well) there is a red scuff from a red concrete post. This cosmetic damage also occurred at 5mph in a gas station parking lot. No internal damage. About the Build: -This van features a full size fixed bed in the back of the van. Its in a perfect position to throw open the back doors and enjoy a wide angle view. -Portable Toilet featuring an underneath toilet drawer for storage and to raise the toilet up a bit -Water system: 6 gal fresh water tank with 12v pump and on/off wall switch for pump (to conserve power when not in use), 6 gal grey water tank, brand new beautiful black faucet -Kitchen: Hammered copper large sink, Sealed 48" butcher block counter top with storage/cabinets below and one upper cabinet, top opening refrigerator disguised by a handmade wooden bench/chest. I use a portable propane stove outside or (during bad weather) inside to cook. I am happy to send my Coleman stove with the new owner of the van, but it is fairly dirty and will need replacing soon. Storage: There is a small white dresser mounted to the floor under the bed which is accessible from the front (aka living room) of the van. There is also a upper cabinet positioned above the foot of the bed for extra storage. The majority of the storage is accessible from the back doors of the van in the "garage" (under the fixed bed). The batteries and electrical components are also stored in the garage although they are separated for safety. Electric: There are 3 110V outlets right next to the bed as well as a dimmer switch to control the 12V overhead lighting in the van. Power in the van is sourced via the 400W Renogy solar panels on the top. (More information available on the electrical system for serious inquiries) This was a home build and it is not perfect but it was done well with plenty of blood, sweat, tears and long hours. In Missouri, I use Roamly aka Safeco Insurance. It is pricey but it is one of the only insurance companies I can find that will allow me to rent out the van on Outdoorsy or RVShare.
